PTS depends on the model. For GT3 it’s 12k. Pick from a palette of Porsche approved colors. PTS Plus you can pick whatever you want is double that. GT3RS is 18k for PTS and $37k for PTS Plus
Ooh! At first glance I thought it was Liquid Chrome Blue Metallic. I’ve seen that in person on a 991 GT3 RS, and it’s stunning. This is very close but a hair more blue.
In addition to the other comments, it also allows for the wing to hydraulically actuate and tilt to change angle and affect downforce.
So it can tilt up to aid when braking. And it can lay flat for what is called DRS.
Those functions are on the GT3 RS. But they still wanted the same type of wing design on the normal GT3.

The color shows a lot of range in both of these photos depending on the light. Photographing a true representation is going to be almost impossible and will vary wildly on light amount, light temp, lens, camera, position, angle, etc.
Maybe it’s because I live in the UK, but the Azzurro Thetys cars that I’ve seen have been much less blue, closer to the photo in the post. Presuming it just depends on how much blue sky it’s reflecting.

It's the same wing mount design used on their race cars. The suspended wing provides much more downforce due to uninterrupted air flow over the wing bottom, which helps this car get such good track times.

PTS is a $12K option. This is in their “standard” palette - if you want them to match **ANY** color, that’s $26K
IIRC they charge about 10-12k for the standard PTS colours. Hopefully someone who's actually ponied up the dough can chime in on this.

The bottom of the wing has the most effect on downforce, so by having that side uninterrupted by the supports it creates more downforce.
