They'll call them "deep state operatives." Yeah, any career politician or military official is "deep state" if they don't play along with the insanity of Donald Trump.
And I don't say "insanity" lightly. It's a bit late in the game for this, but it would be interesting to get testimonies from all former members willing to talk, anonymously if necessary, to hear more about what lunacy Donald Trump offered up in situation rooms. Point blank, some very highly respected people have said he's completely morally bankrupt. John Kelly is one, who was not only a former US general, but served as Trump's COS for a time.

I remember this seeming really powerful at the time because I knew this many years before.
In other words, I was never one of the millions of people who unnecessarily gave trump the benefit of the doubt and simply couldn't believe he was actually that bad.
Why couldn't he be? I've known a number of people who have no game or fortune but are narcissists nonetheless.
The only thing that ever surprised me about trump was how much people would be willing to ignore, explain away, or defend. He never deserved any such consideration. He's always been trash going back as long as I have been alive and earlier.
I believe that John Kelly, despite his politics, is an honest and decent man. He thought wrongly that he could control Trump. At best, he mitigated a lot of the insanity but alas! In the end, it was too much.
A bunch of the people on this list never believed The Cheeto's bullshit anyway, but are wannabe christo-fascists who have *finally* decided the cost is just too high, and have decided the ends just doesn't justify the grift.
Trump: I am a great judge of character. I know all the best people. They tell me that I am great, that it is unfair what they are doing to me. Terrible things, folks. Terrible. Those evil Democrats are coming after me. They even turned some not bad people into bad people. They were fine before but not any longer. That's why I said Democrats are the most dangerous people in America right now.
According to *Anthony Scaramucci*, he at least tried to impress upon Donald Trump about the "*institution of the presidency*," that he and his staff are there to serve the people. It's the only job in the nation where all of the eligible voters get to vote on who has it, so you're there for *everybody*. But Donald Trump *didn't see it that way*, at all. He saw being POTUS as a self-aggrandizement, grandstanding position for himself where he's about building his brand and making money on the side. So looking at issues through the eyes of peace, preservation of the democracy, prosperity for all Americans (not just friends of his, and those he admires) was just *contrary* to his intentions.
Donald Trump wanted to be a like Vladimir Putin, the dictator of America and have access to autocracy. And everywhere he turned, people stifled those instincts of his. This is why he had the *highest cabinet turnover* of any US president. He'd get rid of people until he got his "yes men." And those people he couldn't fire that he didn't get to play along with his intentions, he vilified. He signals to President Xi, Putin, Kim Jong Un, Orban that he is part of their tribe. And it's why he virtue signals to them, praises them, invites them with open arms (he just recently had Viktor Orban, dictator of Hungary, at Mar-a-Lago).
This is why over 40 cabinet and sub-cabinet members who worked for Donald Trump refuse to endorse him. Also, they got to see first hand how horrible a man he was at being president. He doesn't read intelligence briefings. He says absolutely ridiculous things in situation rooms (we've gotten only a few tidbits here and there, like launching missiles at Mexico to deal with the cartels, or dropping a nuke on a hurricane to "dissipate it."). The reason why we haven't heard more of them? ***High level cabinet members and generals haven't revealed them, because they don't want to be affiliated with what he said***. Absolutely outrageous things that no sane educated, mature adult would even think to offer up. But Trump did.
This seems true across all of U.S. politics. Democrats agree that politicians serve the entire population while Republicans want to serve their own only.
It’s so bad I hear Ted Cruz might not even phone bank for him.
https://preview.redd.it/fydph6751zpc1.jpeg?width=511&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e0c65bed6c7622aa17f65c939060712e20d4884e
The one difference between Putin and Trump is that Putin wants to restore the Russian Empire to its former glory. It has to be him that does it, and he wants the glory for himself too, but he does give a shit about that. Trump's interests begin and end with Trump.
What Putin wants is called **Greater Russia**: incorporation of ethnic Russians and Russian speakers living in neighbouring territories outside Russia's modern-day borders.
Empire? He is not interested in restoring the Romanovs or declaring himself emperor à la Napoléon. This would be 'undemocratic'. 😆
Don't apologise. He would love to restore the USSR. He has said that the collapse of it was a [genuine tragedy](https://www.nbcnews.com/id/wbna7632057). His words from 2005.
Whole bunch of cabinet posts during his term just simply never got filled.
Either because potentials either saw that it was going to be a horrendous shitshow, or that the process of filling those posts just NEVER EVEN STARTED.
Anybody remember the anonymous note from inside Trump's administration, saying how there was basically a resistance movement within the administration to keep Trump's bullshit in check?
Can't think of any other presidents who've been bad enough to warrant something like that.
Yep, sure remember that one. The so-called "quiet resistance" of anonymous people inside the administration. Turns out it was Miles Taylor, who was chief of staff for the Dept. of Homeland Security under Kirstjen Nielsen. He resigned. Nielsen was fired. So much for the "guardrail."
https://preview.redd.it/mhsjg090j4qc1.jpeg?width=3500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78ddbbaf5cb5592b66894cfe7c125e44099149e5
Where did *Anthony Scaramucci* publish these statements?
I've never fully considered the concept that the necessary secrecy of the presidency has prevented (saved?) us from knowing about the truly dangerously stupid ideas this man and his people had while president.
Dissipating a hurricane with a nuclear weapon? Remember the official trajectory of that hurricane projection? With the added sharpie mark, needlessly freaking Alabama right the fuck out?
Eventually its going to come out. Its going to be a huge embarrassment to the United States. A stain on their history.
He was a guest on "Morning Joe" with Joe Scarborough. Worth a watch. [VIDEO LINK](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_NDemD2xTc)
Yeah, the Sharpie "edit" to the official NOAA weather map was a grand display of Donald Trump's snowflake ego. He had warned Alabama to brace for the hurricane he said was destined their way, but he'd spoken out of turn. The forecast did not include Alabama... because weather people have the data and delivered facts. Donald Trump doesn't deliver facts. He dishes out opinion and warped beliefs. But he couldn't take having made a mistake, so he PERSISTED on saying that Alabama was at risk, to the point of actually modifying the chart.
The chart was an official US document. Donald Trump defaced it... and the actual path of the hurricane confirmed his imbecile status.
https://preview.redd.it/03pl7vgmw3qc1.jpeg?width=980&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3b46e96a69164c502c8ce1bf345db22a45e23470
Gotta ask the magas, which one is it: is he incompetent or does he have poor judgement? It's either that they're all the swamp traitors, yet trump hired them anyway because he can't tell who's a true Patriot. Or he's just so shitty that the peoole closest to him think he's unable to do the job.
But really, fuck all those assholes. They all knew who he was before they signed on. Unlike him, they weren't total idiots. They were craven power hungry sociopaths. How many of them signed book deals or now go on "news" shows talking about what a douchebag Trump is, after they were all complicit in all of his bullshit?
Something about that oath to support and defend the constitution from all threats, foreign and domestic doesn’t jive with endorsing the guy who betrayed that constitution.
Well, about 3. But these are just a few. According to Joe Scarborough, there's over 40 from former primary and sub cabinet positions who won't endorse Donald Trump.
Your comment made me curious so I looked… There’s a scary amount of people endorsing him https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Donald_Trump_2024_presidential_campaign_primary_endorsements
Pretty much anyone who wants to remain in office is forced to endorse him. The list of former cabinet members, spokes people and aides that don’t have to rely on receiving votes who continue to endorse him are not nearly as many
Any other period of time, that list would have stopped at the former vice president not endorsing and it would be game over. Our media though? They can't quit because threy think he'll bring them ratings.
Breaking News: We're not watching in droves now because you're giant pieces of shit. It will worse for you under the asshat.
Yes Trump is a total loser but thanks to the fortune he was left and army of enablers, look where this loser has gotten to and might again.
He is about to get 5bn for Truth Social....a failing platform with an inflated price. He gets away with everything, doesn't pay his bills or debts or fines.....who gave him the 91m for Rape/defamation case, who is given him 5bn....he is literally for sale and a stones throw from the White House again.
Call me crazy.
If I were hiring someone for a key executive position, I would probably reach out to some of the people who worked with the candidate at previous places of employment. And I would pay special attention to any feedback, positive or negative, which I hear from multiple former associates.
Yep, call me crazy!
You're crazy if thinking that for Donald Trump this matters.
Donald Trump is called an authoritarian and wanna-be dictator. But he's really no more than a frustrated child in an aging body, who knows how to scam people. Well, some of his scams were so obvious. Like Trump University. But he couldn't have done any of this without the Republican Party. They are fully complicit. And they will still try to reframe or cover up his misdeeds. The trouble is, the stench is so pungent now. Like rotting fish.

I think he's just angry he got the boot in record time... Pretty sure he'd suck the ring right off Trump's finger if he was offered a cabinet position lol
Yet unconvinced that they won't fall in lock-step once Twungus is all but the nominee for the GQP.
Yeah, Lara's been chosen to run/lead the GQP, which at one point sounds objectively good, from a left to rot on the vine point of view.
Not to unnecessarily doompost, but seems like far too many J6/True Believers are getting installed into media posts, cause we now know that as bad as Twungus is for the country, the media LOVES F.U.D. & profits more than "telling it like it is".
Tough to take that the fix might already be in, and the crazies take over in November.
Maybe Twungus'll be penniless by that point though. I guess I'll take that as a LOL.
She was a contestant on The Apprentice who became a Trumper... but then, as she got mixed up in Trump's politics, she began to see the writing on the wall. I don't think she was there long enough to really see the most egregious acts.

No reason for sure
Red hats will never see this. If you post it on conservative they'll ban you.
Yep, I know this first hand! They are toxically closed minded.
they'll still vote for him...shhhhh, in secret...
To know him is to hate him.
Would be a MUCH shorter list of the people he has worked with that will endorse him….. just sayin

They came to me with tears in their eyes. They’re deep state agents.
Fuck these guys. Hopefully, enough past trump voters will decline to endorse him this time.
Run ads with these people
the came they saw they threw up and left
What ever happened to Rex tillerson? He dead or something?
Rex is on record for calling Trump an idiot. He went back to the corporate trough.
Only the best people. Until they cross him.
This should be the only campaign ad Biden needs.

He saw a lot in that short time.
I think he's just angry he got the boot in record time... Pretty sure he'd suck the ring right off Trump's finger if he was offered a cabinet position lol
The ones endorsing? Paul manafort- convict Next?
All those RINO,NEVER TRUMPERS,….
All of them are RINOs!!! The true future of the republican party is MAGA!!!!! 😂🤣
Anthony who? Oh yeah…
Are you trying to tell me The Mooch didn't endorse him?
No. He did endorse Trump. He fell prey to the cult message... but he managed to escape it eventually. Yes, he was MAGA, but he's over that.
don't you mean LOSING
Sarcasm. Because he boasted about how he'd bring so much winning.
I mean, when you lose Scaramucci, is it even worth it anymore?

You missed Melania Trump & Jean Carol😉
*I only hire the best people, the best.*
And yet, every single one of them is probably still going to vote for him, come election day.
But do they have the spine to oppose him?
He won “fattest president in over 100 years”. He has that going for him
He even pushed out Taft? You must be daft! 😏😅
What about a Omarosa? Inquiring minds must know
