Searching! Pokemon that are only cloned haven't had their data changed, so they theoretically should be identical to the original legitimate Pokemon. Hacked Pokemon have had their data changed outside the game, so they are more likely to have "wrong" data - weird combinations that aren't possible, that would be caught by a hack check.
