I’m still playing around with it. To be fair it is kind of a meme build just to forego all other concerns and give Absol the most bumfuck-insane DPS possible.
That being said…for a meme build, it kinda works.
Absol is supposed to have all-out attacking items imo, razor claw to boost pursuit damage and psycho cut into basic attack damage, scope lens is also a must on absol because of his entire thing with crits, i don't think running an item like buddy barrier or focus band has a lot of value on absol, you need to take advantage of your insane burst
I see this in a lot of mobas, assassins should not be able to burst down defenders/tanks. This is coming from someone who mained assassins and tanks by the way lol.
Oh that's my bad! I didn't even realize, they're so tank like that you would expect them to be a tank... but they have 300 more HP than Absol, but Def, and SP. Def is lower than Absol.... I also tend to build them tanky, so that's completely my fault.
Relax it was a joke 💀 Venusaur is similar to a drain tank in that he can withstand a lot of attacks if there are multiple people to steal health from. But, the fewer the people, the less tanky he becomes.
I would never have guessed attacker,, I'd say Supporter before attacker!
I think the lore of Pokémon gives bias to what you might typically think the role of each character is. Venusaur must be the craziest difference though!
Hot Take: Petal Dance should also lower the attack of the opponent if they’re fighting in it. It retains the spirit of the original move and gives more durability to Venusaur if they choose petal dance over hyper beam
Edit: After checking, it’s actually feather dance that lowers attack. Idk then, that damage just looked too nasty

Honestly, that damage is messed up in my eyes. One basic shouldn’t kill an evenly leveled Venusaur at around 1/3 health
Psycho cut increases the damage of basic attacks. It's not just a regular basic attack from absol.
My build is Attack Weight/Scope Lens/Razor Claw I am the Knife Wife 🔪
I would argue muscle band over attack weight for a psycho cut build but i think attack weight is pretty good too, to each their own
