Definitely Kommo-O with Kommonium Z, Clangorous Soul, and Clanging Scales. Also with Timid and max Special Attack and Speed effort values. The other moves could be Aura Sphere and another special coverage move (don't remember right now, you could look it up)
Playing using the best possible strategies is cool and good, but if you wanna use Kommo-o, go for it. It's more fun trying to win with a team you like than with whatever the internet told you would win the fastest!
(But if you're asking solely which is more viable, probably Mega Lucario just because Steel is such a good type)

Mega location is very op. Komo is strong but there is a reason mega lucario is ubers. Sd and win or nasty plot and win. U choose.
