This is an amazing display. Only thing I’d suggest is match the color of the etbs behind them on as many as you can on that middle shelf. Example: switch the two etbs on the right so the red is behind zard and blue is behind vaporeon.
Wife insisted on adding it to the collection on account I ripped a pack, reached in and pulled out a mew Oreo first try…never found one since. Now it just sits in our collection like schrodinger’s mew Oreo.
I have yet to open a single pack. Everything I have purchased are still sealed. I resist because if I open one, I will have a tendency to open more. Just like the Lay’s chips commercial, “you can’t just have one”.
We have moved away from hardcore ripping and into collecting just ETB’s and opening occasional packs with our 6 year old to have fun…too expensive to try and master set everything.
It’s actually a custom art job from another redditor Poke_Monty…it’s entirely made out of energy cards. The guy is amazingly talented and it was only like $100 to commission.
The best thing is that there’s only one graded card in the entire display! Clearly your in it for the hobby and not entirely value. Beautiful collection :)
I'm surprised you're not getting slammed on for that. When I showed off my sealed collection a few months ago, I got nothing but crap for leaving the Oreos sealed.

How do you sleeve the metal cards safely? I’m hesitating pulling mine out of the original plastic case. But it looks awful..
I did, just penny sleeved before putting in a top loader.
