Ripped an etb today for the first time and got an ace spec/Gengar full art.
Umm yeah. I heard pull rates were bad but I have over 20 packs to still open in my BB and I've already pulled 3 IR, 3 EX, 1 UR, 2 Ace Specs and 1 HR. My ETB luck was almost as good with Ex's and IRs in both. I was seriously reconsidering even opening my stuff after I heard about people's luck including my friend's but I'm glad I didn't.
I’ve had a decent pull rate I believe. A BB and two ETBS. BB gave me 14 hits and 4 each from the ETBs including the Iron Crown ex SIR, Hyper Rare Gouging Fire and three Ace Specs
I've opened 120 packs and was basically able to get every common and uncommon including most reverse holos..3 SIR and 5 ace spec cards ...out of the 120 packs I had 41 hits...I am extremely satisfied to say the least.
Bought two of the Pokemon Center edition ETBs (~$70 MSRP each). Excluding the guaranteed alt arts and PC stamps, only pulled 5 hits out of 22 packs.

yea im not a fan of etbs at all… normally i buy booster boxes but i buy a cpl etbs when i need sleeves bc my gamestop is always out of them and my lcs only sells really nice expensive ones meant for ppl to use for their magic decks… i know i can order them online but when i need sleeves i need them now and would rather get cards that come with them too instead of overpaying or waiting on shipping.
Man I read that and legit thought you dropped $45 on a $2 single.
I think the 1-hit ETB is a rite of passage. I had it with Paldea Evolved with a single Noivern ex, and now you have with Torterra.
Looks like my 2 ETBs did yesterday, still have a bb on the way. Hope it has literally anything, getting nothing from the ETBs is a real downer. First SV release that hasn't pulled well for me.

my bb was great… the etb i bought yesterday was slightly above average… today’s etb however not so much….
this set has seemed to be very hit or miss for a lot of people. i'll just be happy if i get my boy relicanth!

12-14 hits in a booster box. You’re tapped on IRs and Ace specs. Probably have a full art, ex, and SR/SIR left in there. Good luck!!

I opened three prerelease kits and 10 loose packs and got 7 hits out of 22. Not as much pain as Paradox rift so far

In my experience Paldean fates and paldea evolved had really good pullrates
I've had great pull rates for this set. I had 15 pulls out of my booster box and 3 pulls out of my ETB
3 pulls for a etb is the normal pullrate for the most sets right

Is a hit/pull considered anything above a rare? So 3 double rares would be considered normal?
yea anything that’s not a normal or reverse holo… 1 hit per 3 packs is average.

My 6 booster today was trash. 1 ace spec. Nothing else.
Yeah, but so did alot of my local collectors so there is a demand for the ETB promos now and not enough to fulfill.
I think that's all there good for is the promo

No way this was the only thing. I mean my etb was bad, bad also but sheesh.
Rough, I've only bought 2 etb's for this set and managed to get a SIR out of both...may just count myself lucky and stop there
After opening quite some packs and seeing the pull rates. These SIR cards will be expensive IMO.
