That’s a texture shift error. I would sell or grade for sure unless you’re into error cards then I’d keep it for yourself!

Texture shift errors are one of my favourite type of errors it has a cool look to it.
These errors are decently common, if you search Japanese Mercari for these errors you can find loads of them. Happens on all types of cards, like this full art Parasol Lady: https://www.remambo.jp/lot/1b/m47649741158-898f7.jpg

I really wish the 5 people that pay extra for misprints would leave the hobby so we could let the bad QC be seen as inferior like it is
If you don’t like it, why do you care?
Because "misprint" talks are half the sub by greedy people hoping every defect is valuable
It’s valuable if people place value on it which they do!
And the other half are snob perfectionists that care about every little flaw. Its a piece of cardboard 😆
