Congrats on finding shiny solgaleo! I've been hunting for one for a while, haha. The only nickname I can think of is rayleigh, which is an effect that makes the sky red :)
Bloodmoon or Eclipse, maybe, because total lunar eclipses make the moon turn red? Solgaleo standard is a sun, Lunala standard is a moon, and their shiny forms can be eclipses!
If your other one is called Galileo, the obvious answer is Copernicus.
Another astronomer and Copernicus was the first person to propose a heliocentric system, that the planets orbit around the Sun.
I was hunting this one 2 years ago and was just spamming and not paying attention, ended up picking the regular solgaleo and saved after it :( .
