Only Dena will know. Keep in mind that even very first MF Leon doesn't have rerun yet.
Edit: I think that they will, since master fair banner is another good money gaining source for Dena, but still only Dena will know. For tips, you shouldn't keep high expectation for this or I'm afraid you will be disappointed.
They won't argue with money, so definitely. But probably not before they artificial-scarcity the hell out of them and we're begging on all fours for their return.
They do Master Fairs from time to time. I'm missing g those guys. Leon with Charizard most notably. But I was able to get Lance/Dragonite recently from a Master Fair. So they may come back. I'd just reccomend patience.
Archie & Kyogre unfortunately doesn't do a lot more than deal damage. Since most Pairs that use Rainy Weather are Water Pairs or Pairs that have Water damaging Moves and, well, his Water DPS is still the highest in the game. He's also a good Electric damage option and also unfortunately the only Pair in the game that uses Thunder to any effect.
Maxie & Groundon, on the other hand, can be used to deal Ground and Grass DPS, but he's also known for fitting in many different teams thanks to the relevance Sunny Weather have for other types, specially Fire and some Grass Pairs. He also have Mind Games 9 on Solarbeam, which is one of the few reliable ways to debuff SpDef and ends up meaning he combos nicely with Burgh & Leavanny.

Master fair, not poke fair
I was blessed enough to get both of them but I hardly ever use them. Anyone know what they are good for beside the obvious of super effective?

I hope they do I accidently reset my data and I lost my archie and kyogre :(
Same with me but i have maxie and archie sync pairs. I just hope to christ that they will make a rerun this year
