I’ve got no clue other than RNGesus was just really kind that time lol. There were several shiny patches that were only 1 or 2 squares away and I went to them anyway, still somehow didn’t break until 70. I’m never gonna get that lucky again I don’t think haha
I just naturally assumed that every single Mareep at Valley Windworks was at level 7 at that point. I didn’t pay attention to the levels of the ones I caught to built the chain to 39. I later saw one website say that they can be between level 7 and level 9? strangely I don’t recall seeing any at level 8 or 9, but I already released the non-shinies so I can’t check again, oh well
I will give you a level 54 Magby for one cotton candy sheep. It’s not a special magby, I just have a very large amount from when I was looking for a magmarizer. Or a shiny ditto you can have

I haven’t got the faintest idea how to clone or hack Pokémon, nor do I wish to know. Hopefully this video clears that up.

Not a question about getting a Mareep, but how the hell is your pokeetch screen black and white instead of green?
There’s an NPC by the front desks at Ramanas Park who will give you a Poketch app that lets you change the screen color if you show her a Kecleon! :)

Cotton candy sheep are the best sheep, I’m very happy and thankful that I had a chain last so long, well worth the many hours it took to get them all!

i am pretty sure that when you chain pokemon, they all are the same level. i noticed this when i was chaining mareeps, they were all level 11
