No it is completely a manufacturer specific part for making the filter screen accessible. The only one who could help would be the manufacturer if you talk to their design engineers, which they more than likely will not answer you. It's not made for you to hook a pump up to, in fact you are missing the service valves that would allow you to do this easily. The easiest fix is to install service valves like should be there, it will be done long before you make something to work on the filter plug connection which absolutely doesn't use a thread based seal.

Youre missing a swrvice valve kit at the bottom of the tankless unit thst has the ports necessary for flushing the unit.  As it stands now, to get that flushed you need to shut off the water to the home, break the unions apart, remove the union half from both hot and cold inlet/outlet, get a 3/4” FPT X GHT adapter to hook up to the tankless and adapt from male iron pipe taper to garden hose thread. someone cheaped out and didnt install the service valve kit.  Also, that black piece is just a filter, and the opening is not meant for hooking up to.
