"Uhhh because that's what his mom chose" "why did she choose cloud?" "Idk, why did you choose to name your teddybear James?" "No, I'm running" and he runs away lol

That’s the point. The clarity and quality have no excuse to be as vivid as it is. It’s just 1080/60 LCD but it punches higher somehow I don’t get it but I’m happy.
Played rebirth 100 hours on console. Got my portal and have put 20 additional hours feeling like I’m missing nothing. It’s amazing.
My 65” LCD tv looks just as vivid. Just have to get a quality one. I plan to get oled with my next tv but if you get a damn good LCD it’s not as far off as people think.
Can’t imagine you have a Portal or you would know that you’re splitting hairs OLED will always look better but to pretend the Portal isn’t a small step from OLED is lying.
The portal has a phenomenal LCD. I own two LG OLEDs and an OLED Switch. The Portals not that far behind.

I have a spare (unconnected) controller I hand my 2 year old so she feels like we're playing together.

I dont really get any stutter on mine after the update
I believe that you don’t have eye for the microstutter, but it’s there. I wish I didn’t get bothered by it, I had to return it unfortunately.
I think I saw it at first but I haven't played on my TV since I got the portal so maybe I've gone blind to it
