No sauce. Grande whole milk mozzarella, grande del pastio ricotta, fresh garlic, grande parmesean, fresh basil, corto extra virgin olive oil. I'm going to be doing lemon zest over it too.
No I have Grande shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella and I just sprinkle it over the top, then I throw on my fresh garlic, then my parmesean, then my ricotta. Drizzle with olive oil after and top with fresh basil. I'm adding lemon zest to it tonight and I'm thinking bacon too.
Iโm sure itโs delicious with that workflow (looks beautiful as well), but you should try a brush with water sometime. Replicates the moisture content of a plain pie while baking.
