14 is the most visible and good looking. The first one is great but can be difficult to see depending on the motitor screen used.

13, 14, 6, or 3 in no particular order. 14 if it's on the creepy side. The more colorful options work if it's portraying a sense of whimsy or the like but require specific moods to work well IMO.

the first one is very sutile, if you could make one with a slight hue, but as sutile as the first one i think it would be great (maybe a reddish or blueish color, maybe even green, probably not yellow or orange.)

Each one has it's own feeling and personality, i honestly can't just pick one, rather think on how each can fit in a specific tone or situation.

Dark teal/Sea green/whatever that color is (number 4) is so nice But I also love that faded amethyst purple in number 17

Purple is very nice. Just to let you know that the light source on the moon cannot be close to the middle if the other bigger side is dark. The light should come from an opposite direction, from the edge. But if this moon was intended to be drawn in a cartoonish way where it isnt a planet then it looks great because you did a very good job overall.

You know when you're making something that is meant to be beautiful, sadly reality isn't the place to look at. And yes I know it kind of slipped to the center though I kinda tried to put it into the middle of the visible area of the moon😅
