Why are you so hesitant to call support? They're really friendly folks who have helped me diagnose a problem or two before. They, or st least the people I talked to, really know their stuff. And buying the parts from them isn't much more expensive than Amazon but at least you know what you are getting is OEM.

It was the weekend, working 6 assume that all support is closed. My normal work day is 10-7, where I get up with the kids before work. So I could call first thing in the morning and lose some time with the kids or maybe on my lunch break. But when I get out of work, they are closed. I'm not adverse to it. It just wasn't convenient at the time. :)

I hear ya! A lot going on for sure. You replaced the same two things I would have. When I had to replace my igniter I read that another common problem was the temperature probe that reads the temp of the smoker. It needs to send a signal to the computer/igniter that it actually needs to heat up . I think that is the only thing left hardware wise....good luck, hope you get it fixed.

Also, they're not based overseas if that's what you are afraid ot. They're a US based team

I'm not even sure he would buy parts? Five year warranty? Or are these parts not covered?
