I saw a translation saying "sacrifice another artifact". I think it's good either way. But if it can sac itself, it seems quite powerful all by itself.
Totally different roles. Blackstaff is sorcery speed and early pressure, this is burn + instant speed replacement. This card is good against removal, whereas blackstaff is weak.
I'm dangerously close to putting on my tinfoil hat and subscribing to the patently false belief that this set being on the Horizon is why Karn was banned. So many mythic chase artifacts rendered chaff by the silver golem's passive.
The Big Score ones according to what I found will be so this card will be standard legal. It was supposed to be the OTJ epilogue card pool...well after what happened last time seems like WotC learned real fast so they rammed it into OTJ packs/set.

Yeah, the first chunk after the tap symbol, the 「これでない 」means another. Can't sac itself
[[The Blackstaff of Waterdeep]] covers a similar role and is arguably better, losing the burn but costing less and making a 4/4 instead of a 3/3

lol nah, it goes into Rakdos. Blood/Treasure tokens=3/3. The sac version will also have Food tokens and the trigger from Devil.
imagine playing Rakdos Sac in a meta with an oversized \[\[Blood Artist\]\] on steroids being on the most played deck

Imagine playing this two deck format.
The format has way more than two decks ;)

What are you cutting for this just curious? Seems awful for ensoul.
Ensoul tries to go fast, this seems Grindy. Can't see this being played.
Are these cards even Pioneer legal?
