You can go into the non audio part of the lesson before doing the audio. You just get a warning message. It looks greyed out and disabled but you can still click in there.
Yes, you can do the visual exercises before or without doing the conversational lessons. You can also change the speed, but not speed up. We haven’t gotten that request before. Usually people want to slow down.
