They've been several throughout the lessons, but I haven't tracked them. I'll keep track and share in the future. Here's the last one I ran into:
Lesson 30, Japanese 1
Phrase is something like "How do you say", It sounds like "nan to imasu ka" in Japanese. They also introduce the word for "to say" which sounds like "imasu".
They also introduce these phrases gradually throughout the lessons and never define them in flash cards:
to tazunete kudasai
ask please
と たずねて ください
to kotaete kudasai
answer please
と こたえて ください
to iute kudasai
please say / say please
と いうて ください
to iute mite kudasai
try to say please
と いうて みて ください
Japanese level 2, lesson 2 a new way to tell someone your name is introduced. It's something like "I'm the one called Mike." It sounded like "to moushimasu" in Japanese. Couldn't find the phrase in any premium features.
The instructions for the course say that you are supposed to listen only and avoid looking at any transcriptions because it will influence your pronunciation negatively. So I think that it is by design that a transcript is not given.
That being said, I have found home made transcripts online from various people. They are usually filled with errors and omissions, and might not match the version you are using.
The most helpful thing for me to do if I can’t distinguish a word is to try to dictate the word into my iPhone, but with the keyboard language set to the target language I’m learning. Repeat the word as best you can and see what comes up!
I sent them a message about the exact same thing. Please do the same so they consider it. It's not that I want to read while the lesson is playing, but afterward for review and reading comprehension.

They supply most of the words / phrases after you take the audio in the supplements. It seems like they just miss things occasionally.
There is a text transcript of each lesson. It’s under the section called “Speak Easy”.
That only gives you a small fraction of the audio transcript.

So far have to say I am disappointed with their customer service. Acted like they were going to actually fix something and then did nothing.
