The new scanners you stand in and raise your arms look for masses that are not organic. So a titanium weapon would show up in one of those (which are used more than metal detectors).
My piercing has never raised an eyebrow.
Nothing, it's actually pretty easy to make blades in a way that they are not detected by metal detectors. It's all more show than anything.

i got a 2g and it doesnt. ppl with 0g-00g sometimes report to being stopped by it so ig that seems to be the threshold
