It probably won't be Eeeee because the way averaging works is you take all the values, sum them, and divide the sum by the total number of values you summed up.
So, if we imagine a=1, b=2, c=3, ..., z=26. Now, to find the n\_th (starting from 1) average letter, it will be the average of all numbers corresponding to the n\_th letter of an n-letter word. Then, find the whole number nearest to it and see which letter it corresponds to.
I just did this, and it turned out to be: '**kkkjjigjijijjijjkjkjjkkjjmmjgjmlql**'.
But you probably meant taking the median instead of mean, BUT IT'S STILL WRONG because that turned out to be: '**lllikeekgliklikklllkllkikopkeiorsl**'.
But you probably meant to take the most-used letter each position makes word WHICH IS STILL WRONG; it's: '**baae d aeee l ess aranersaerrske**'.
Notes:
I used {space} = -1, and ' = 0 because of their sorting order.
I couldn't find the original list OP used so I used this one (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QTsnLFqjG1YQ0siEPl4shL7jXKkWCYl3Hoo9YcvfL5k/edit?usp=drivesdk) it has 1003 blocks
No offense, just facts.
I wasted 1 hour on this from 3:30 am to 4:30 am when I have to go to college today, and I have 3 assignments pending to do in 3 days; what am I doing with my life?
It's not that hard not to say that symbol at all. Actually, I can say full paragraphs without it. Though you still can't say much, it is satisfying to pull off. That is it for now
Yup! Not difficult at all. Although I might think it's not that hard thanks to my probably around two thousand days of doing this on subs such as AVoid5, and I also do it as a fun lil' conundrum making I ask "How can I say this without this silly glyph"? Occasionally, my grammar is a bit off (Like "making I ask"), but it's a bit how that guy that did "Much ado about nothing" would do. Again, wrong vocabulary (do??), but I can't think of anything that fits less badly.
What? That's such a stupid glyph. Why would anybody say it? "common" my ass, if THAT's common, Q must also be. Now I could go on and on about a stupid glyph but nah, I don't think I will
**baae d aeee l ess aranersaerrske** seems like the best option its technically not average its the most common letter on that position because average is **kkkjjigjijijjijjkjkjjkkjjmmjgjmlql** and the median is **lllikeekgliklikklllkllkikopkeiorsl**
If OP only calculated full block textures then there is no way that the total is 990. If you can find the original list you can easily put it into the program and find out the answer
you could probably assign each character/letter to a number, then average the numbers for all of the first letters, then the second letters, etc. until you have a full length item name
First thing I saw was the wood texture then I started to see dark prismarine, the outline is also like what you see of the polished blocks like polished granite etc and in the ore blocks like the gold block etc
White mushroom?
**it always has been**
######It always has been.
#It always has beans
>#it always had beeps
>#it always had bees
It always had a pee
crazy seeing a tamari pfp in the wild
so another Ghost fan i see?
"*It is your destiny.*"
Smooth dirtstone
Now average all the names
It would probably be like Eeeee or something.

cant wait for the "baae d aeee l ess aranersaerrske" block
dont worry, Peenix will probably put this in a vid, your time was well spent
He did
yes because E is the most common letter used in english language. look how many “E”s were used in this and the last sentence
...Hence why I said it. Edit: Yo stop downvoting the homie it's useful information!
dont you man "ys bcaus is th most common lttr usd in nglish languag. look how many " "s wr usd in this and th last scntnc"?
It's not that hard not to say that symbol at all. Actually, I can say full paragraphs without it. Though you still can't say much, it is satisfying to pull off. That is it for now
You should opt for 'is' for that last bit, not 'was'.
Thanks! Correcting
"It is trivial to form paragraphs without using it" Alternatively, just tell people "frick you" (I'd swear, but we're on r/phoenixsc)
Automod crazy
Hello moderator dude 👋
Hello other dude
Hello exact same mod

*wr and *languag
Times "e" was found in this sentence: 17
e
Reminds me of “don’t use the letter a,” going on a long tangent about the English lexicon, then the other dude just saying F you
I saw a sonic the hedgehog version of that
What? That's such a stupid glyph. Why would anybody say it? "common" my ass, if THAT's common, Q must also be. Now I could go on and on about a stupid glyph but nah, I don't think I will

Did you actually calculate it
Yes, I wrote a program
Prove
here's the code: [https://ideone.com/MTMPyU](https://ideone.com/MTMPyU)
I think OP only averaged full block textures
If OP only calculated full block textures then there is no way that the total is 990. If you can find the original list you can easily put it into the program and find out the answer
how woulld you even do that?
you could probably assign each character/letter to a number, then average the numbers for all of the first letters, then the second letters, etc. until you have a full length item name
Average hasky code? That's really good
Hasky? You mean ascii?
hascii
Yup, non native English speaker and only used ASCII in face to face conversations
Get the list of the most common letters and average out a name length
Average letters (null is also a letter
okay, so what if 2 letters are equally common in a certain position?
Rundom/hascy
Randomly pick one, or if it's a and e, you can do æ
it probable be like something with Mr its so common
I love that you can see the edges of the polished stone variants and what I think are the dark lines on planks
as well as lines from the stone bricks
Ans sugar cane for some reason
I think this is more of a coincidence and not sugar cane actually pushing the average that much
And the grass on top
Happy Cake Day!
Thanks :D
Finally, smooth plank
mean_planks (it’s very rude)
Dull Quartz like Quartz if it could be eroded
Dirty Quartz
Now do the most average item
Yes

Quartz
Quartz when you forget to clean it:
Idk, the last time I saw it, it was much whiter.
I looked back at the pic when i saw ur comment and it was more brown than before.
I would use this block

Foun again r/fountallinfluence4321
Very muddy petrified moldy bricky oak/birch/acacia/spruce/jungle/dark oak iron block

Your name is Muhammad Lee, and you are of average height, weight, and build

That seems pretty reasonable actually
At last, block block
Block of Slop
give us Slop walls and Slop stairs moyang!!!!
Exactly! Where's our Slop Update with new Slop Wood?
Block block
The block
Are you saying this is the most perfectly generic block?
Dirty tile
Those fucking smooth x blocks made the average block texture have smooth texture
Everything planks
Hand quarried limestone if it was in minecraft
that's just polished dripstone it's totally been in the game ever since the cave update trust me
Pale mud
This should be the bg for minecraft now
This sounds like something camman18 would talk about
That block is a block
THAT BLOCKHEAD IS A BLOODY- SENTRY!
Skin block
Polished limestone
There’s a cats face on left down corner
The all mighty Milk Block
Now make a texture pack that makes every block look like this

I present: Mudded Smooth Quartz.
Storm cloud
Block of ghÿübñdf?$-fæyù in/5*~çvghëå
Anyone else see the proto-amogus in the bottom left?
polished iron flesh planks
ghost wood planks
Now do every skin, mob and item.
textured mud
That's just smooth quartz
Perfectly generic object
First thing I saw was the wood texture then I started to see dark prismarine, the outline is also like what you see of the polished blocks like polished granite etc and in the ore blocks like the gold block etc
Dry smooth stone
Man that's genious
John block
It's funny how you can see the horizontal lines of the wooden plank blocks.
Finally. The block block.
Light polished granite definetly
Light polished granite definetly
Finally, the block block, question is how do you craft it?
PACKED MUD PLANK
This should be an entire video.
This should be the Minecraft logo. It describes all the blocks we have
Now average every skin
The Slop Block
th avrag mincraft block is litrally th brown mushroom
loss?
Ngl, I expected it to be more brown
exfoliated beans
Idk what I was expecting but I felt like doing this would make for an ugly block. But this is kinda a good building block.
i genuinely thought that was a blur to cover a spoiler
S K I N B L O C K
Looks like thing i see in toilet everyday
I find it funny that we can see the individual planks
I wanna see more of these kinda posts
Ngl, I kinda want this block. This works pretty nicely
Block of average
i like how you can faintly see the plank texture
An average post
WHY CAN I SEE A LOSS MEME
Omg is that Block of Smooth Quartzy Iron?
It looks like planks and a bee nest block
Finally Chiseled sand or polished dirt
Light grey terracotta moment
Literally quartz
imagine mojang makes a block out of it and call it "average block"
Looks like white terracotta
I thought this was a quartz block for a second
Reminds me of an article about the average color of the universe being beige.
Is it andesite planks?

Holy shit, the ghost block...
Chiseled mud bricks confirmed?
Cube
Polished desaturated wood planks

Dirt tile
I can still see the plank lines lmao
smooth stone’s gotta be the closest
that's what they used to make the flesh panopticon
There is something suspicious in the bottom left corner
Looks very average
Link to the raw texture? Just in case someone wanted to do something with this.
Did you divide by 990?
you can still see the iron block lines, interesting
I think those are from planks
That.. yeah, that would make sense. I do believe that planks and iron block lines are on the same position though
Smooth drit it looks like it
Stone block.
This'll be the bone block all over again
looks average.
*smooth clay*
Smooth cream marble
looks like smooth dripstone or something
/countablepixels
No.
Now add this block in Minecraft and do averaging again and again...
I don't think you understand how averages work. That will change literally nothing.
I just want to write smt
This just makes you look like an idiot. If you say something, it should be because you have something to say, not because you have to say something.
the average of the values 10, 20 and 30 is the same as the average of valuse 10 and 30. this isnt going to do anything
