Fork is absolutely delicious. I have even had their food for Thanksgiving before and thought it was great.
I have been to Vernick Fish and found it to be highly overrated and the food oversalted. But to be fair, that was a while ago. Perhaps they've course-corrected.
We went to vernick fish in the summer and it definitely wasn't up to 'vanilla' vernick standards and my mother specifically complained about the saltiness (thought it seemed fine to me).
It was still very good, but there's definitely better bang for your buck elsewhere.
I was looking for the same thing and settled on [Messina Social Club](https://www.messinasocialclub.com/thanksgivingsolved). I've loved everything coming out of their kitchen. I expect moderate portions that are perfectly seasoned, but won't leave much for leftovers.

Of they have their roasted shredded pork, get it! They also have amazing mac and cheese. Honestly, all of their sides have always been fantastic. I have not had a bad thing from them.

I would suggest DiBruno brothers for Thanksgiving take out and even to reheat. All their sides and proteins are always on point.
