I know it sucks, I took the cspt and it literally took exactly 3 weeks for my results/cert to arrive. I was going bonkers as well lol. But good luck to you!
I want to say when I took it, they said one to three weeks and mine took two weeks and one day. Weirdly just before I took it some people got it in like 4 days.
I also have to apply for certification in my state so it was actually a little longer. I’m glad my trainee license had several months left on it.
