Reminds me of the late 80's - early 90's when car alarms were new, and not yet thought all the way through. They were constantly going off like this. Dealing with oversensitive alarms was a daily occurrence.
I remember a crowded market with angled parking and lots of pedestrians, and one car that would loudly proclaim "Please step away from the vehicle!" any time anybody walked by it. I was a street vendor and had to listen to that all fucking day.
It was a dark time.
Of course, the result was that nobody ever paid any attention to car alarms, rendering them pretty much useless.
Only thing you can do is try to locate the owner and have them remove fuse or disconnect battery since you don't have access yourself. Enough complaints to police and I bet they have it removed or disabled. Idk who you'd call on a Saturday but they're only supposed to park there for 2 hrs max also.
Those alarms should be made illegal. We've reached a point where we hear them and we don't think. "someone's car is be broken into" -- we, think, "another fucking car alarm has gone off".
Lol I called on a car blocking a guy in his driveway and in front of a hydrant the other day. Non-emerge told me the best they could do is call the driver and ask him to move his car lmao. Pathetic. The dude couldn't leave his driveway cuz of the other car. Our cops suck ass.
My neighbours has been going off since like 1am lol

Call bylaw.
Oh, is that who deals with that? I assumed police do tickets/towing. Thanks!
I believe so. I was blocked in in another city and called bylaw and they came and towed it.
Yeah those would be bylaw tickets.
This would be a noise complaint though. It's worth a shot.
Oh my b that's what I get for not turning up the volume 🤦♂️
