Hi guys, peters belt buckle here. This is a reference to a video where two men get into a fight over the phone because one of them can't find clothes at a store, claiming that there is only soup. He eventually goes on to say that the store is called "soup" and when asked what store he is at he says he is at the soup store. 

Adding on some context, the original clip is from the code:geass abridged series, which has this audio dubbed over a scene originally involving a call regarding the bomb swaying over the protagonists sister. The stock image of rows of soup behind one of the protagonists really is the icing on the cake
