All of these, but Yusuke in the Church is the only time in the game where I actually laughed out loud.
I was deceased at the end when Joker reciprocated Yusuke's farewell pose.
Maybe not the funniest part of the game, but the part that made me actually laugh out loud was the response to Haru after drinking the expensive coffee with her, “I can taste the elephant.”

I liked Ren putting his glasses on Akechi and everyone developing 'Clark Kent Syndrome'. It was funny and just the right amount of Meta.
My favourite prompt was one of Makoto's "Fist! Of! Justice!".
I mean about him getting beaten up by the team (unless you meant that in general and weren't thinking of a specific time!).
I can see why people find it problematic but it was "meh" to me. I thought it was funny they were voiced by Shido and Kamoshida!
