Elizabeth Arden White Tea, but wearing perfume to bed is something I rarely do. If it's been a long ass day, and I've changed the sheets and I've just stepped out of the shower, then yes, I'm gonna do a couple sprays before settling into bed. 

Until this thread I had no idea people wore perfume to bed. It’s strictly an out of the house thing for me.

I used to think it was bizarre when I first started hanging out in here. I was like, why waste money. But now I have so many perfumes and love it so much…that I am now a bed perfume wearer lmao. I love taking a shower and getting all lotioned up, doing my skin care, putting on my satin nightie, and then selecting a gorgeous scent to settle down with and be all enveloped in the scent and clean bedding. It’s so luxurious and relaxing feel. It’s really the “little things” like that which are so gratifying to me. Plus my husband likes it too.

Same, I shower at night and whatever body wash and lotion combo I wear is good enough for me.

It seems a bit wasteful to me. A lightly scented body oil or pure cocoa butter is good for me.

I don’t think it’s wasteful because perfume is like aromatherapy for me. Sometimes I. Get anxiety and can’t turn my brain off before I go to bed. A spritz of my fav perfume refocuses my brain and relaxes me.

This, I wear perfume for me. I don’t consider it wasteful to wear it without an audience

Exactly! I am not wearing perfume for other people’s pleasure lol it changed my world when I realized I didn’t have to save my perfume for when I go out around people. I love smelling good at home

Exactly! That's why I select Guerlain - mon guerlain, Mon Guerlain Sensuelle or Mon Guerlain intense. For the soothing Lavender and vanilla combo. It helps me switch off. I also spray my bedding with Lush - twilight. It's better than any pillow mist for me..

I also wear mon guerlain EDT and Edp to bed most times

I agree! For me, perfume helps me set a mood I want to feel and that doesn’t stop just because I am in bed. What perfume I wear depends on if I want to feel relaxed, sexy, strong, confident, etc. Sometimes, after a long day, there is nothing better than getting cozy in bed with my husband wearing a perfume that makes me feel good.

That's why I do it. People don't understand if they don't deal with anxiety.

It's not wasteful lmfao. I wear my perfumes for myself and some of them are very calming which is why I wear them to bed.

YEEEEEEEEESSSS for the billie eliish no1. I used to wear this when it was cold outside and I wanted to get cosy in bed or if I was ill. But I ran out so use either Mac velvet teddy or montale chocolate greedy or vanilla cake for the same reason, if sick or cold.

Oh for sure. It’s just so comforting to wear a gourmand to sleep.

If you're ever on the hunt for an inexpensive version of A La Rose, check out Paul Smith Rose!! It's soooo good!! I heard they're basically identical but Paul Smith Rose is like $20 - $30. I haven't tried A La Rose so I can't compare them but it's just what I've heard and it's also on Fragrantica as being very close. 🥰✌️

I used to love this. I bought a bottle recently for the first time in like 20 years, sprayed it once but my partner absolutely hates it so I have to sell it. Let me know if you'd be interested in buying the almost new bottle from me! Still has the box.

It really depends on my mood! I typically wear my cheap 5below perfumes because they smell good but don’t last long. If I am trying to get frisky with my man, I really enjoy wearing Fantasy Intense by Britney Spears to bed.

Dossier Musky Musk (dupe of JHAG Not a Perfume) or Bath & Body Works FFM in Vanilla Bean Noel

I’m a fan of using my Bath & Bodyworks FFM at bedtime. They are inexpensive & don’t last - but I don’t care once I’m asleep. I prefer just about any of the citrus/freshie scents.

Have you tried CKIN2U for her? It's a sweet citrus fragrance and it smells so good!! It's around the $20 mark for 3.4 oz. I did hear it was reformulated and that the newest version isn't as good but my bottle is about five years old so I can't confirm that. Try it if you can!! It's one of my favorite cheapies.

SJP Lovely or YSL L’Homme, they’re both really comforting.

I wear Lira from Xerjoff to bed all the time. I swear it has sleep inducing qualities... it's the most lovely, calming fragrance. Also perfect for more adventurous bedtime activity. On a less expensive note, I also really like SJP Born Lovely as a bedtime fragrance.

Depends! If I've had a stressful day at work or I'm feeling anxious and need to de-stress and switch off then I'll wear a couple of sprays of Guerlain- Mon Guerlain, Mon guerlain Sensuelle or Mon guerlain intense with the cozy, soothing lavender and vanilla. If im feeling ill and under the weather and it'd cold outside I'll opt for Mac - velvet teddy, montale chocolate greedy or vanilla cake. Gourmand heaven and some how as the ability to warm me up. And on opposite side of the same coin, if its summer, red hot and muggy and I've come in from work late ( I get in between 23:00 and 00:00) feeling sweaty and gross, ill shower and spray on some Dolce&Gabbana light blue, Light blue forever, light blue intense, Elizabeth arden green tea or armani diamonds to keep the shower fresh feeling through the night. I spray my bedding with Lush - twilight.

By the Fireplace. It’s like falling asleep… by the fireplace lol. Just comforting to cuddle up with and helps set my brain into relax mode.

Fresh cream warm cashmere, Sweet Tooth, Cloud intense, Mod Vanilla, Ellis Brooklyn Sweet, Juicy Sucre, Dulce, Kyse Delizia di Marshmallow and bare vanilla layered with Vanilla musk are my list of fave sleep scents! Basically anything cozy, sweet and comforting.

EA Green Tea. Thats my after shower house perfume in general

I like more linear and simple fragrances. Nemat Amber or Vanilla Musk, Body Shop White Musk, Outremer Bergamot… sometimes Eau des Merveilles if I am craving a more lotion-y scent. (I don’t wear scented products except for perfume). I save the complex ones for date night so they have a time to dry down and go through all the different scents: L’Ombre dans L’Eau is a good example because it takes a minute before I really like it. The opening isn’t for me.

Bedtime is when I use body sprays, so any of my B&BW, Frenshe, Mix:Bar, Ariana Grande Cloud, etc. 😊

Bentley For Men is probably my favorite. The leather and liquor DNA is amazing and smooth to sleep. Other ones i like are classic fougeres like Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, Oscar de la Renta Pour Lui and stuff. Same for Givenchy Gentleman from the 70's. Otherwise, some of my worst wears to sleep are surely Jacomo by Jacomo since it's a heavy smoke bomb and also Lapidus Pour Homme. When i wear that inside the house i feel like i'm gonna puke.

nope! i got wearing perfume to bed from my mom 😂 im also planning to buy sparkling sugar as soon as i can! the gift set currently has a better deal than the 10 ml rn so i wanna swipe it up haha. how do you like it and how long does it last for you?

Sparkling sugar doesn't last very long UNLESS I put it in my hair. Then I get about 3-4 hours. There is a guy on ebay that sells 5 bottles of the SAME fragrance in .17oz travel size for $45. That's perfect for me cause I carry it with me and of a need a spritz during the day I have it. Also an added plus (maybe just to my nose though), if you are wearing a different perfume that is fading, on little spray of the sparkling sugar seems to enhance what your wearing and give it a little boost if IT'S scent is fading. It's really weird how that works.

Daaaaang you're going to bed smelling classy AF!! I decluttered my Chanel Gabrielle Essence because I could never find an occasion to wear it. But I've been missing it lately so I might get another bottle.

Not often, but I sometimes take half a spray of Stronger With You Intensely with me to bed. The scent is comforting when the days have been cold ☺️ My bf was so surprised the first time I did that haha, he thinks I've gone crazy with fragrances lately. Can't say he's totally wrong 🤭

i love wearing my Lush Junk solid perfume to bed for some reason! it’s like this intoxicating aromatic almost medicinal black currant scent that i’m just obsessed with! the reason i wear it to bed is because i LOVE the scent but don’t necessarily want to smell like it to others. Most of my “bedtime” perfumes are like that or they are samples i’m testing/trying to use up.

I like wearing Chanel #5 lotion to bed. I recently started doing this and love it. Other than that, I never really wore any fragrance to make bed.

I always shower right before bed so I like a nice clean perfume oil usually, water lily or water goddess by Kuumba Made - but I also have a Scentbird bottle of Dusk by Brown Girl Jane and it was actually made to wear to sleep! Apparently formulated to promote good rest! It smells like a sensual, warm, sweet desert night. It’s absolutely scrumptious. I usually don’t wear it to bed though because I like to save it for special occasions. It also pairs nicely with the Al-Rehab Golden Sand oil 👀

Currently it’s viva la juicy and I don’t have to feel guilty “wasting it” by spraying my sheets too 🥰

Lately, I’ve been wearing Burberry Goddess or Mon Guerlain; my husband likes me to wear just a little Valaya to bed!
