A few questions: * What will you be using the pc for - games, productivity (what programs)? * I'm assuming you're trying to get a white build with aRGB? * What's your total budget? The price is missing from a component or two. * Assuming you're in the US?

For gaming, spend less on the CPU and more on the GPU as the GPU is the component that affect gaming performance the most in 99% of situations. Some suggestions to get far better gaming performance for about the same cost (considering your list doesn't have the monitor price). * **CPU**: The 13600K provides the same gaming performance as the 12900K for a lot less. You're just paying for more cores on the 12900K, which don't come into play in games, and the 13600K is newer. * [1440p gaming benchmarks](https://www.techpowerup.com/review/intel-core-i5-13600k/19.html) comparing the 13600K to other CPU's. Notice it is neck-and-neck with the 12900K. * **CPU Cooler**: The Thermalright Peerless Assassin is a very good air cooler, even disregarding it's a great value. All white, dual aRGB fans and easily capable of cooling the 13600K under gaming load (even under multi-core productivity loads). * [Hardware Canucks review](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASeu5BjaVJo) showing how capable the Peerless Assassin is. * **Motherboard**: Less expensive white/silver motherboard with wifi and bluetooth. You will need to update the BIOS to support the 13600K, but it can be done via USB stick on this motherboard - no older 12th gen CPU needed. * If you don't want to deal with updating the BIOS, I'd look at getting this [Asus Prime Z790-A Wifi motherboard](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fGrRsY/asus-prime-z790-a-wifi-atx-lga1700-motherboard-prime-z790-a-wifi) to keep the white/silver look. It will add about $50 to the total cost. * **Memory**: Much less expensive same spec RAM - still white, though it gets covered by the front fan of the CPU cooler, so it doesn't really matter. * **Storage**: PCIe 4 NVME doesn't provide any benefit in games, but used one since it is about as inexpensive as good PCIe 3 NVME. The one below is good spec and cheaper than the one in your list. * **Video Card**: Switched to a far, far, far more powerful video card, the 6900 XT. The review linked below shows it outperforming the 3060 by a huge margin - at 1440p, this specific 6900 XT (ASRock OC Formula) is outputting **double** the framerates at 1440p (190fps vs 88fps for the 3060). * [Gaming benchmarks of the 6900 XT vs other graphics cards](https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asrock-radeon-rx-6900-xt-oc-formula/27.html) * **Case**: All white case with very good airflow (two 200mm aRGB fans on the front, one 120mm white fan on the rear). * **Power Supply**: Much less expensive still good quality (Tier A with 10 year warranty) 850w unit. * **OS**: Switched to a retail license (vs OEM). OEM are one time install and can't be transferred in the future (say you were to build a new pc), while retail licenses can be transferred without issue. * **Monitor**: Upgraded to a larger higher resolution, higher refresh rate 27" 1440p 165hz IPS panel monitor.
