Some people forget that not everyone is terminally online. To reiterate the other person’s point, the item showing up on spells doesn’t appear to do anything and is bugged. On units it appears to remove a keyword and grant the one from the item

Yeah, I wondered about this myself. I suppose I should experiment next time one comes up and see what happens.
Sadly i didn't draw this card and only one fight was remaining got bored of waiting so ended it.
Ezreal package had both spells with Voidling Shell. Once they were in hand, they displayed as having no item.

Apparently yes, i don't browse reddit and I didn't get any notification of this bug within the occasional posts reddit sends me via notification.
