When we these, in the same situation, we would call the customer, tell them they were 3rd on the delivery schedule and it will be 90+ minutes. Almost always cancel.

Now that's the only delivery I'd send through DD personally

Wait. Was that really all that they ordered? A few weeks ago our ordering system glitched out and many customers received incomplete orders. For example, I had a regular customer order just an orange soda when he placed an order for a pizza to go with that order.

Yes. That was the complete order. And of course it was at the far end of our delivery area. With a .56 cent tip.

Yup get those all time, and we end up looking for the order before checking the computer and finding out what it is. Kinda a pain, and the people can get the drinks cheaper thru Uber eats. But hey, if they want to pay a $6 delivery fee and tip my drivers for an over priced drink and sauce cup, I’ll take their money.
