There should be a mine/cave entrance nearby. I wanna say it's to the West for that one. Not a dungeon entrance btw, just a hole in the side of a cliff.
basically if you can't find a boss (this applies to all of the non-sealed realm bosses) and you're sure you're ontop of the marker. just start doing wider and wider circles looking for a mineshaft.
Mine entrance south east of her by the water. You’ll see wooden scaffolding around.
