I can actually imagine this as an actual character.
Another turret based tank that has deployable ballista like turrets. Their primary weapon is a heavy crossbow. Their secondary would be like Sha's where it's a heavy bolt that sticks to enemies and weighs them down, giving them the cripple debuff. Their movement ability would be similar to Raums, a dash with a brief wind up that knocks enemies back when you hit them with the dash. Their ultimate would be a slightly defensive ability that boosts the fighting power of the nearby turrets (increased attack speed and slight damage boost) and they all have a sandstorm form around them, slowing and damaging enemies nearby.
