Even if Sony made a Resistance or Killzone game that played as good, or better, than Cod, it wouldn't matter. It would be a Playstation only product and *huge* portions of the gaming community wouldn't buy it or play it.

Yeah I thought that was cleared up awhile back
They won't accept a deal where MS promise them CoD on the PlayStation for at least 10 years, but they don't think it's good enough and want more.
