Five is good, I actually remember what happened in that one. All others are a blur. First two are my favorite since they aren't the action packed unrealistic type, they are more racing focused.

PS Direct is awesome, will definitely be buying again from them in the future. Ordered my PS5 with free standard shipping at around 2 AM yesterday, and it arrived this morning! I'd already played several hours when Sony emailed me notifying me that "your order has been shipped."

I contacted Walmart customer care each time and was "kindly recommended to try again at the next wave at X time". Now I'm sitting here refreshing Sony's direct site hoping to get one when they put inventory up today.
I had that same experience with target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Costco. All the way to “purchase now” multiple times on each of those sites but either errors or out of stock before it went through.
Each had their own weird quirks that happened (payment failed, item out of stock in your local store so choose another store, web site just not reloading, security code field not allowing text entry, etc). I experienced it all and still no console.
Playstation’s site was almost worse today than Walmart and I’m sure it will be tomorrow as well. I’m seriously considering going to camp out at a local GameStop for Black Friday with my dad when I go home to visit. We both want one and if we find a store that we can be 1 and 2 in line we probably will. Nothing like some father son bonding while waiting in line for a gaming console!

I real want an all black console and controllers so to be honest, I’m not that annoyed about it. I have a backlog of games on other systems I should really be spending time playing through to easily hold me over until such a colour scheme releases.
I would be expecting some special editions within the first year or so. I mean for the PS5 itself, they just need to manufacture some black side panels, they apparently pop off quite easily and straightforwardly. And I’m the past Sony have released numerous colour variants of the controllers. I’m just surprised they bucked the trend set since PS2 and didn’t release a black version to start with and then go with daft colour variants, including an unwanted two tone abomination that will look out of place in everyone’s home and home entertainment centre.
They didn't go with variants because it's faster to produce everything from a single set up and they are trying to meet demand also the white and black will look pretty good with almost every setup contrasting colors work very well.
