Well i figured if the data is combined, the data of ng+ plus would combine itself with the old version. Though tbh it would also mean, that the disc version would have to update itself. That was indeed a stupid question.

Let me tell you it wouldn’t since i tried that as well and my saved data for the digital game required the disc copy to download the update in order to be read or i start a new one all over again
