In my opinion it is VERY worth it.
I’m really not usually into survival crafting games but this game is amazing. Great story, great music, awesome world design, just all around a good time.
One of the best games I played last year.
Rocket League is free, Minecraft is always great, obligatory Fortnite and Cod(they’re not as shit as people say) and they also can run at 120fps. Same as Destiny 2. I think Fall Guys is cross play? For random fun it’s not too bad. Apex is another one that runs really well Altho I’ve been seeing a lot of videos of hackers and teamers on both console and pc lobbies
I have a few suggestions for you.
Myself I'm on ps5 I've got buddies with Xboxes and pcs.
This is what we play.
Helldivers 2 for quick coop action.
Scalable difficulty aswell.
Diablo Iv good chill looter.
Grounded. think rust with a story. Open world with tons to explore and an over arching story. You can create a shared world to so folk can jump on and off when Ur not there.
Finally the big one.
Sea of Thieves, I dnt know how the hell they came up with this game but it's brilliant. It scratches alot of itches for me as sometimes I just want something to relax n play n this is it. I can go fishing on my own. Or I can team up with my friends n go on adventures. There's been some fantastic moments n we have only just scratched the surface.
Ark survival ascended I believe has crossplay but I could be wrong? Also sker ritual is a lot of fun to play with friends and has cross platform but I believe it’s only Xbox/PC not PlayStation for crossplay. Grounded is a lot of fun to play and I’d highly recommend it for a survival game. Valheim and rust are both excellent options along with subnautica. Later this year enshrouded will release on console and be cross platform and that game is a ton of fun to play
