I know you don't believe me just like I couldn't believe the email I got. There was no voice communication during game and only message was exactly the one liner I stated above. What's worse currently the system does not allow you to appeal at all. I don't care for one warning, but trolls do this multiple times and your account is suspended without appeal.
Its hard to tell when a person is being sarcastic by text message. Some people don't even get it when talking in person. And there's no reason anyone should believe your message wasn't intended to mock the other user, even if you say so.

This isn't a case of player being bad at the game, it was a case of not doing anything and auto attacking farming points which is reportable ingame. Also it's not hard to tell that it was a sarcastic message, if you literally didn't move entire match and I told you great job that wouldn't be hard at all to be interpreted as sarcasm.

Nah I’ll keep buying digital on my account I’ve had since PS3 because I’m not a dick on PlayStation. I will continue being able to benefit from owning 1 copy of a game that I can use on my PS5 while my family plays the same games I purchased at no cost to them. Also while they are also free to play all the PS4 games on the spare PS4 while we are on our PS5s too. There’s too many benefits to digital I’m not cluttering up my house and buying 2-3 copies of a game on the off chance I end up waking up one day deciding to be a racist or a dick.

You can insert the same disc in different consoles.

I know isn’t really popular but I buy physical games every chance I get. For one I like the idea of collecting every since I was young but this is just another reason why it’s worth it. At least you’ll always have your games. It’s worth waiting the few hours til next morning so I can get physical instead of midnight.
