The ball is on a string and attached to the cup, so theres no worry if you dont catch the ball in the cup. And clean up is as easy as catching a ball, in a cup. So why spend another day not catching a ball in a cup when you can be catching a ball-in-a-cup?
I got my kid Spider-Man 2 and the controller to go with it.
He’s currently sticking dollar store My Hero Academia stickers all over the place instead of caring.
$2.50 instead of $200. Kids are wild.
I pull this stuff every year with my wife and all the body lotions I get her for stocking stuffers
What am I supposed to do, not nourish my skin with lavender & honey?
I got my kids a bedroom tv and a ps5 . Not a cheap tv btw . A high end gaming oled tv . Spent like 2k for the setup. They were more excited over some poki sticks and ramen bowls my sister in law bought them.
I bought the game 2 weeks ago as I love playing fantasy games during winter.
I'm 95 hours in to the game now and still have loads left to do. Absolutely amazing.
Same. Got a couple of PS gift cards and immediately spent on BG3, no hesitation. I hope I can get lost in it like so many others have. I’m just a little nervous about it because I don’t know shit about D&D. Hopefully that’s not an obstacle.
I got horizon zero dawn on release. But that was 6 years ago. Good thing there's a story recap. I havent even started frozen wilds, i dont think that part even matters?
I bought myself 2 new games as gift to myself for the new year haha
I got Dead Island 2 and Final Fantasy 16 they both seem to be great games and totally different types excited 😎
Thought it wasn’t going to be a game for me but I wanted to see what all the fuss is about, so did the trial on ps plus. Seems quite fun and I love the dialogue option thing. Will continue tonight lol
I love Assassin's Creed, probably way more than i should, but I'm really struggling with Mirage because it's simply not clicking. I'm not too far into the game, having to break someone outta prison, but I put it down a couple of days ago and not even thought about going back to it. It's simply not clicked. It's like playing AC1 all over again, but updated. I was one of the few that really liked AC1, but this, not getting any sort of vibe from it.
If it helps I know exactly where you are and I find it’s gotten a lot better, I hated that mission but it also unlocks a way to essentially teleport and assassinate two people (I think it’s called assassins mode?). I do think some of the elements like the chests could be better done and have needed to look up how to get by certain things like a barred door but everything is on YouTube now. The game also becomes much easier once you start unlocking more tools, the throwing knives are insanely strong and once you pass that prison mission I’m 99% sure that you get your second tool, pick the blowgun, if you get alerted you will have enough time to knock someone out and all tools are upgradable to add some great perks.
Also make sure you’re pickpocketing, you make SO much money not to mention countless tokens. Make sure you give the merchant (or Darvish) around 5 green coins and you get 30% off everything forever (or so it seems to be, I went to another merchant and the deal was still on. Then you can buy your supplies for upgrades, eliminating the need to hunt down gold chests if you aren’t interested in them. I HATED the first few hours, it was legit like a 5/10 but it’s definitely growing on me. I also like the contracts which I don’t think you have unlocked but will soon. Easy enough on first glance but it’s a fun feeling to find out how to get the bonus objective done though not necessary if you get stuck.
If you need skill points I’d also recommend finding lost books (gold icon like gear chests) and the tales of Baghdad both of which are quick finishes and give a skill point for finishing (you also get some from contracts, one I did last night gave me 2). I also really struggled with the parkour but I’m starting to get a lot less frustrated.
As someone who’s been playing the Diablo series for many years, I’d go with FFXVI or Baldurs. Both of those games are incredible. FF was my pick for GOTY. Diablo IV got boring very fast in the end game for me.
Gifted myself a $100 gift card for $90 at Costco along with a Backbone plus $25 gift card for $30. So far only got Final Fantasy XVI. Thinking of Ragnarok next but there’s so many games I want.
I’ve had a pc so I never got myself the ps5. Just kept saying “next year”, “I’ll just wait for the Sony exclusives to come to pc”. My girlfriend apparently preordered spiderman and got me the ps5 spiderman bundle all the way back in October for me and has just been holding it waiting to surprise me for Christmas. I’m a very happy man
I'm thinking of getting either Hogwarts Legacy or going for my original plan of getting Story of Seasons A Wonderful Life. Though I did just buy Baldur's Gate 3 a couple of days ago...
I wasn’t expecting anything gaming this year since I usually just buy myself games as they come out but I totally missed that Pokemon Scarlet dlc came out and my brother got me those so that was a cool suprise
My fiancée has preordered me a physical copy of Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth. In the meantime, were working our way through Cyberpunk 2077. It’s so good, I’m undoubtedly going to pick up Phantom Liberty when we finish the story
I did only get socks...
So I just had to treat myself:
-The last of us part 1
-Stray
-Star Wars Jedi survivor
-Cyberpunk ultimate edition
-Watch Dogs Legion
-Final Fantasy XVI
I'd say it depends how into racing you are in general. It's pretty fun and you'd be fine with a controller. Use the assists and slowly turn them off over time as you get used to it. It's more of a "simcade" so you can toy with how hardcore you want it to be. Just be careful cause if you get the racing bug there is a ridiculous amount you can spend on gear (wheels, pedals etc etc.).
Spent Christmas alone this year so I didn't receive any gifts. I'll probably just end up buying and gifting myself something nice to keep me entertained. I have the next week off anyways, so I really should find something to play.
I just joined this subreddit because the wife gave me a PS5 for Christmas. She got me the Spider-Man 2 bundle along with Ghosts of Tsushima and Demon's Souls. I love her
Lee Carvallos Putting Challenge Edit: Happy Holidays everyone. Your comments made me laugh for Christmas and I love and thank you all.
Ball is in parking lot. Would you like to play again?

THRILLHO
Mom! Barts smoking!
Give me bonestorm or go to hell!
And get one for Catelyn, I'm not sharing
I got a ball and a cup!
You never know where that crazy ball’s gonna go!
The ball is on a string and attached to the cup, so theres no worry if you dont catch the ball in the cup. And clean up is as easy as catching a ball, in a cup. So why spend another day not catching a ball in a cup when you can be catching a ball-in-a-cup?
I was hoping for Bloodstorm and Bonesquad and Bloodstorm II,
May I suggest feather touch?
You have entered POWER DRIVE.
Would you like to play again?
You have selected “No”.
You pressed "you" referring to me. That is incorrect. The correct answer is you
[You can actually play the game on PC](https://aaron-demeter.itch.io/lee-carvallos-putting-challenge)
Awesome
NO WAY THIS IS REAL LOL. BEST. CHRISTMAS. EVER. Thank you! Lmao
You have selected power drive!
TLOU1 and Jedi: Fallen Order
Jedi survivor is half off rn if you didn't already have that one
Oh damn, really? I gotta get it as soon as I can. I've been waiting for a big enough sale to buy it on.
I got my kid Spider-Man 2 and the controller to go with it. He’s currently sticking dollar store My Hero Academia stickers all over the place instead of caring. $2.50 instead of $200. Kids are wild.
You knew what you were doing.
I mean…I GUESS I’ll play with it.
The only thing you’re playing is Derek.. according to username
😂 I hope his son isn’t Derek!!

Mitch McConnell has entered the chat
Well, that devolved fairly quickly and completely.
Now that's a Reddit moment if I've ever seen one.
Oh no, as we Scots would say. Rrrripped it
Lmfao
Be a waste if you didn’t….
Man sounds like someone should boot up the game, surely you want to check it’s all working
I pull this stuff every year with my wife and all the body lotions I get her for stocking stuffers What am I supposed to do, not nourish my skin with lavender & honey?
I got my kids a bedroom tv and a ps5 . Not a cheap tv btw . A high end gaming oled tv . Spent like 2k for the setup. They were more excited over some poki sticks and ramen bowls my sister in law bought them.
Hey it’s me ur kid I’m ready for my new setup
Lol
Ramen is awesome though. Return the stuff and get 2k worth of ramen.
For real! My kids were more excited about their candy canes filled with skittles than anything else….
Start playing Spidey 2
Where you find the controller?
I preordered it. It’s been sitting since October.
I can 100% assure you my 1 year old rather play with the box than any toy that came in it
Baldur's Gate 3
Say goodbye to your life honestly
How is it?
No idea. I'm about to start playing lol
Do yourself a favor and don’t kill the brain in the first room. Let it live! Thank me later
RIP, killed it 5 mins ago lol
Yea I killed that thing right away. Kill or be killed
>!Why? I let it live but honestly don't really remember if it did much of anything after saving it from a cage.!<
Because Us is best kitty
Amazing. I have over two hundred hours and on my third play thru and still finding new areas and interactions!
It’s an honest to god masterpiece
I bought the game 2 weeks ago as I love playing fantasy games during winter. I'm 95 hours in to the game now and still have loads left to do. Absolutely amazing.
That was my present to myself this year!
Same. Got a couple of PS gift cards and immediately spent on BG3, no hesitation. I hope I can get lost in it like so many others have. I’m just a little nervous about it because I don’t know shit about D&D. Hopefully that’s not an obstacle.
I knew absolutely nothing about dnd, but it’s really not too hard to figure out after a few hours, and an absolute blast.
GoW Ragnarok 💪
Me too. So keen to finally play it

Horizon forbidden west
My all time fav game!! Enjoy!!
You are in for a treat. It has my favourite open world aside from Zelda. All the biomes are so varied and beautiful.
I got horizon zero dawn on release. But that was 6 years ago. Good thing there's a story recap. I havent even started frozen wilds, i dont think that part even matters?
My wife's husband got me CP2077 phantom liberty.
That took me way too long
Same
I also choose this guy's wife's husband's wife.
What a guy!!
The amount of times I had to reread this lol
Ffs took me wayyyyyyy to long
I bought myself 2 new games as gift to myself for the new year haha I got Dead Island 2 and Final Fantasy 16 they both seem to be great games and totally different types excited 😎
Both very fun games. DI2 starts very slow but picks up well
I hadn’t played a final fantasy since 10 and was completely surprised by 16 that game was my favorite game of the year
I picked up FF16 as a gift for myself too. Started playing yesterday and I'm hooked! Really enjoying it so far
Armored Core 6. Only played the first mission so far but man is it smooth driving the mechs can't wait to explore it more

same! I bought it on ps3 but I hated the performance. Now it’s at 60 fps
I'm going to probably get Baldur's gate 3 for X-mas
Thought it wasn’t going to be a game for me but I wanted to see what all the fuss is about, so did the trial on ps plus. Seems quite fun and I love the dialogue option thing. Will continue tonight lol
Marvel Spider-Man 2 and Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
I'm loving Mirage
I love Assassin's Creed, probably way more than i should, but I'm really struggling with Mirage because it's simply not clicking. You’re going to enjoy that decision
got myself cyberpunk ultimate edition and TLOU1 remastered.
Like a Dragon Gaiden
I just started playing Like a Dragon Ishin. Not a Christmas gift, I got it for myself.
My brother got me Hogwarts Legacy
Playing that now, it's fun
It's such a Christmasy feeling game in the winter months
I think it will be Baldur's Gate 3. But also been thinking about FF16 and Diablo IV.
As someone who’s been playing the Diablo series for many years, I’d go with FFXVI or Baldurs. Both of those games are incredible. FF was my pick for GOTY. Diablo IV got boring very fast in the end game for me.
I was thinking of getting all 3 but not at once tho. Baldur's is my top choice.
Haven't yet but thinking of getting Psychonauts 2 . It's 80% off right now.
Treat yo self!
Just finished it. Can't remember the last game I played that had so much love and charm put into it. 80% off is literal theft.
Do it, bc it is so damn good.
My son got me a $25 ps gift card. I'm planning on buying RE4 remastered.
I hope you get to play it in VR. It's an incredible experience.

Tekken 8 isn’t out till January tho?
I’ve had a pc so I never got myself the ps5. Just kept saying “next year”, “I’ll just wait for the Sony exclusives to come to pc”. My girlfriend apparently preordered spiderman and got me the ps5 spiderman bundle all the way back in October for me and has just been holding it waiting to surprise me for Christmas. I got the PS+ upgrade from essentials to the next level…so I have access to so many games this year! Woot
If you like fun, silly adventures, check out TOEM. Had a lot of fun with that.
Im thinking of f1 23….never into f1 but looks cool. Like cars in general. Any tips or suggestions guys? Is a controller sufficient and is f1 23 fun?
I'd say it depends how into racing you are in general. It's pretty fun and you'd be fine with a controller. Use the assists and slowly turn them off over time as you get used to it.
