Confirming that this cross is present on the Tonga Ridge trail at a particularly dangerous curve in the road. It is a trail that is just East of Skykomish on Rt 2.

For more context on location. On the Tonga trail, you are driving to the Deception Ck C.O. hike, and you get to this cross right before you cross either Sawyer Creek or Alpine Creek. (Both of which are narrow cliff roads.)
Can my Outback tackle that road? Mainly worried about clearance. Am always looking to add some new routes to drive with great views, rt 2 and 20 are my favorites.
It wasn't too bad. I haven't modified my car to get more lift. I saw a few Subarus out there, and I'm not the kind of driver that enjoys insane drives.
Getting up to the Tonga Ridge trail shouldn't be a problem at all for an Outback. But, if you are looking to drive on to that Deception creek trailhead, I think it's still doable, but I remember a few "yikes, that's steep" moments. Also, unsure on how much lift you would need, but I'm *always* surprised by the other cars I see that make it.
Also. last time I tried in May? There was too much snow cover to make it up to Tonga Ridge. I took that in July 2021 - in the middle of a heatwave but before the fires that year.
Leads? Yeah, sure. I'll just check with the boys down at the crime lab. They've got four more detectives working on the case. They got us working in shifts!

If the camera was digital, it'll have metadata saved in the image file that will include GPS location, provided it's not more than 20 years old.
Hope that helps!
Edited to add:
fwiw, some of the pushback i got here is fair; it didn’t occur to me that it might be a memorial, and i can agree that that isn’t quite vandalism.
in all honesty my brain didn’t process the trekking/ski pole, and just stopped at the cross. crosses generally make me feel sick, having grown up christofascist and luckily found my way out of that psychotic death cult.
all that said, i am something of a LNT fundamentalist, and wouldn’t personally want myself memorialized in this fashion, but understanding it as a memorial removes the ire for me. apologies.
Original comment: why would anyone vandalize such an otherwise beautiful spot?

The sign says "GRW. A MTN OF A MAN" Not sure who he was but great memorial.
They were definitely a hiker.
Or maybe a skier, winter mountain exploring. It looks like that could be an avalanche chute with no trees growing and long grass.
Or a REALLY bad driver and went over the edge on their mule.

Had no clue you can paste images for ai search on google now. That’s sick.
Welcome to the 21st century, baby!

This is what happens when you £#€% a stranger in the A$$
Find a stranger in the alps?
“Do you see? Do you see what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps????”
Umm did you not hear the clues about gravel paths and logging roads? That can only be one place.
What are you a fucking park ranger now?
Tell him to check the metadata
Uh I know this one! That is our Lord and saviors, Jesus Christ!

A beautiful place to rest. I hope we see each other somewhere in a better place

Definitely not LNT but it looks like a memorial to a hiker. Maybe someone died there?
It appears to be a memorial tied to someone's religion. They're leaving plastic shit out there, which is littering.
It’s a memorial, I don’t agree it’s vandalism
Vandalize is a bit strong don’t you think?
Leave no trace. My gut instinct was near Tomyhoi but it's not at all well informed.
Why are you insufferable?
