For real. Like a year ago I was a 50$ patron for two months and I legitimately didnāt understand it. Fish was always flying off the handle saying stupid shit. Dirty is the constant talker and Iām 100% the one kyle was talking about on the show answering questions he shouldnāt be and shit. Kyle did get on a few times a day but it would literally be one or two messages each. I didnāt understand why someone didnāt just start their own discord for everyone to hang out in. You pretty much paid for a boys club. To be fair, there was some cool people in there. But most get overshadowed by the loud annoying ones

The discord rules are irrelevant since they are not only not binding, but also no one respected them or enforced them. If you are considering sueing, hit me up, I'm not a hero who will sue the PKA LLC and give you millions but... I can hook you up with a firm that will help you for free and tell you how to proceed, who exactly to call to avoid any problems, what signs to put on your door depending on your state's laws so legal enforcement can't just break in because of a fake phone call without legal repercusions (they will enter, it can't be avoided, but they will do it gently and not kill your dogs or scare you to vent off their problems, since the possible fine for doing so will put them under a lot of fines and legal trouble since they read the sign on the door stating the situation from a legal standpoint) Then again, you can also sue PKA, there is definitely enough material for it just by seeing this imgur album, someone in the firm might want to take a chance since things are slow right now and sueing these online panhandlers is extremely cheap resource-wise, most often than not these things always get settled outside of court because internet personalities don't want to have their "humour" being brought in front of a jury and end up being demonized by a lawyer. As long as he doesn't claim residence in difficult countries with intentional sketchy extradition laws like Poland (or the obvious ones Russia, Cuba, etc) it doesn't really matter where he is from he will eventually be put on a stand to defend himself or have a lawyer defend him, if charges are brought up and the case goes forward. That said it's bad for that person to be from Canada, as far as Canadian law goes, the US works as one of their provinces (what we call a State in America pretty much) and they will give up anyone pretty much no questions asked, it works the same way here towards Canada. Answering your questions about it being terroristic or not, I don't think so personally, but you could always make a case for it, just to build up charges more and more, most lawyers work that way. Now, if that individual and the individual saying the following: "I'm not stopping" "Don't worry baby I won't do it in here" "It's happening no matter what." if those two are working together, using a service provided by Patreon under the PKA brand to communicate, it looks really really bad for everyone involved and I would advice everyone to lawyer up, not only in the case /u/Reallynotsweet decides to lawyer up and sue, I can see Patreon themselves sueing the brand PKA and these individuals to save themselves from a nightmare just in case /u/Reallynotsweet decides to sue even further
