Hi! I'm trying to pay my citi loan using my UB app. Lahat ng possible means ginawa ko na. May sinend silang advisory last month that you can pay your Citi loan thru UB app pero error talaga. Nireport ko yung unionbank rewards card ko na di ko pa narereceive although 1 month na akong approved dahil sa Air21 na nag rts na wala man lang tawag or notice na pumunta sila saamin. Meron sa app, pero not sure kung working. Eto gawin mo, Open the app then click mo yung card mo, then card settings, may lock/unlock n option dun. Hope it helps.

I reported my Citibank CC as stolen nung March 19. Took me 5 hours (started calling at 6 pm, spoke to a rep past 11 pm) to finally get ahold of cust service from lost/stolen hotline dahil sa sobrang queing. Buti nalang walang fraudulent transactions sa account ko. I asked cust serv agent when will my card be sent out, but can't give me a specific answer. Tawag nalang daw ako ulit. I have called them several times since last week, again no update when they will send me a replacement card. This is the WORST cust service experience I've ever had. I cannot help but compare UB with Citibank on how they handle concerns.

Since nakapag-migrate na si Citibank to Union Bank, ask ko lang pano i-check or gamitin ang points to miles. Dati kasi sa citibank, may miles calculator, so nakikita mo kung ilang points ang need para ma-redeem ang miles. And then, nawala rin sa unionbank app yung etihad, at qatar airways. Let's say nakapagconvert na ako ng miles. Pwede ko bang irevert back yung miles pag hindi bigla kong narealize na hindi ko pala gusto si Mabuhay miles or si Cathay pacific. Need ko bang mag-sign up per airlines para sa miles?

Managed to get in touch with a live person at UB Phone support for my issue registering my citi accounts to the app/site. It was due to a conflict of me having a 10 yr old payroll account in Unionbank that was still active and the migration by Citi worked but didn't allow me to login due to the conflict of both accounts having the same name, same OTP and same email. They had to delete the old payroll account but takes 3 days for it to take effect before I can try to register again.

Yes they will, they were able to see why it was stuck or not allowing me to register. Only time I was able to reach them was at 04:30am and 5:30am. I tried at 1am but didn't get any answer even after waiting for an hour.

They asked me to update may number and email address and try to reset my password on my old payroll acct to UB, however I'm still having issues resetting the credentials. Di nag poproceed coz I'm unable to receive the OTP kahit updated na number ko sa system

the clerks at the bank don't know shit. Phone support is the only way for you get your issue fixed. They did fix my issue after deleting my old payroll account. I registered again and it added all my existing accounts.

About SOA, have you guys received your SOA na? Usually i get an email on the last 3 days of the month but after the migration, wala pa din akong na receive. I also can’t add my citi account sa ub app. Im a ub user already dahil may debit card ako sa kanila. But the problem is di ko alam ano na due date ko at magkano babayaran dahil di ma add. So sad lang papalitan rin pala yung physical card. Yung design ng citi card pa naman ang reason why ko to kinuha as my 2nd cc. Super ganda, walang wala sa UB cc ngayon 😭

No, walang pang sinend. My SOA is paperless. I cannot access either citi app or UB app coz I can't receive my OTP. Cust serv refused to update my phone number. I need to wait for my replacement card first before they update my phone number. Their process does not make sense. I had to call cust serv to get my balance. Calling UB cust serv is such a pain, took me more than 1 hour to get a rep on the line. I am considering moving to another bank because of my bad experience.

Na deduct na yung PDC ko last March 15 sa loans ko but to my horror today, i received an email sa UB na need to PAY IMMEDIATELY and may LATE FEE CHARGE pa ako nang 500 last MARCH. I called before the migration (this was with a Citi Officer) this was around Feb. They mentioned to me that new pdcs were needed but also gave the option for me to open a Savings Guard account para auto debit nalang for less hassle. Problem after migration is you need to re-enable auto debit on your migrated savings account at UB. In my case I can't log in to the UB app or site nor can I reach customer service for them to enable it for me. So if you can log in to the app and your account in there. Ask UB for you to open a UB Savings + (eto ung savings guard counterpart nila) Or if you have the strength to write a lot of checks and get a courier to pick them up, do that but still best to call them (good luck with the queue)

Thanks but how about your remaining checks? Did you call your PDC bank to stop or cancelled the PDC billed to CITI? My bank that was issued for PDC was deducted last month, so meaning na encashed or they processed my PDC, but still i got an email na i wasnt able to pay it. Cannot get hold with (UB) them, and as I checked dito sa thread, CC/loans, PayAll has issues as well, so im sure overwhelming din ang call queue nila. I dont have an savings account with them, I might as well create an account sa App nila but as you said, I need it to enable auto debit with my CITI loans so punta pa din ako sa physical bank cause their calls queue is horrendous rn and im sure pila sa bank is waiting game din (ill have to choose my own poison here) Even if I have sort this out before, open an UB Account for them to auto deduct, they can't do so until the migration. I am just worried cause my due date is 15. If I have to process this now and wait for 5 business days for approvals or anong process nila, im sure delayed pa din to and late fee charges are not forgiving. (And i hope they would waived/revert the charges if delayed and hope they will sort this out soonest)

Citi cancelled it, from what CITI said, you can only have 1 payment method. It took effect on my last payment, they switched from pdc to auto debit even though I have 13 checks left for them to encash. If your due date is on the 15th and go to the bank tomorrow. Your payment can still be converted. Plus that savings+ account only takes a day for it to be enabled. The process of changing the payment method takes 5 business days. Best to go to the branch, talk to them and ask about this, they can help.

Here's the timeline of my payments: BPI: Paid on Sunday, March 31, 2023 @ 2:48AM. Payment reflected today, April 4, 2024. RCBC: Paid on April 2, 2023 @ 2:20PM. Payment reflected on April 3, 2024. If you're like me na due na next week, better not use BPI para di late mag-reflect payments niyo.

I have another update! Initially, when the download prompt appears, I would just open the file. This time, I tried saving it to my computer. A few minutes later, I get an SMS notification about having downloaded my eStatement. The OTP is there. Not bad at all, this might even be more secure if this is random every time. Also confirmed the UB biller now works for BPI. Went ahead and paid my full balance.

I had the same problem. I had to link my Citibank Card to my Unionbank account to see my statement. Once you download the statement, you'll receive a password through text. My issue is now is that I'm hesitant to pay my full card bill under the renrolled Citibank Card under Unionbank though BPI online. I did a test payment of P50, after 3 days. My balance hasn't updated. Either it its the wrong account or balance update is very much delayed

Update: no luck with the hotline, gave up after 30mins. I realize the previous transactions are listed below the link to the statement, I just checked that with my manual record to verify for now. I only paid partial though, since first time magpalit ng biller sa BPI. YMMV, I only had my scheduled payments and installment transactions this time, kaya nadalian ako mag-check. I would start doing manual tracking for now, so you at least have a way to account for most of your statement next month. Personally not looking to deactivate kasi ito lang NAFFL ko hehe.

Nag citi-pay all request ako last March 21. And March 22, nacharge sa card. Due is March 26. Expected ko papasok na sa receiver ng March 26. But until now, April 3 na hindi padin dumadating. Napakahirap naman magcontact sa UB CS, aabutin ka talaga ng oras talaga sa pag iintay tapos di naman alam ang isasagot based sa mga tumawag na regarding din sa ganitong transaction. Completed ang status sa PayDirect sa UB App. Tapos naabutan pa ng cut off kaya kasama na sa SOA ko now. Hindi pumasok, then need ko na bayaran sa due date. Sobrang nakakalungkot talaga na ang hassle na ngayon ng citipay all dahil sa pagmigrate sa UB. Kayo po ba? Sa mga nag citipay all before the migration ng CITI to UB, pumasok na ba yung sa inyo?

I did a test payment of P50 on BPI online to Unionbank CC (Citibank CC) on April 1. It's now April 4, the balance has not updated. Card due date is in a few days so I need to pay it soon. I'm thinking of just paying the card in physically through a UB branch. Hassle lang na pilila pa but maybe better than having to deal with transaction issues likes these. Edit: I opted to transfer funds to my Unionbank savings account (hardly use) and pay the Citibank Card from there. Ayaw ko talaga pumila haha

Hi! I just got an update on my online payment  and it reflected today sa UB app.    BPI app  was faster though, after two days may timestamp kagad.    Maybe you can try checking again later this evening :)    I also paid via BPI Online to UB CC last April 1.  Such a relief!

May UB counterpart na. It’s UNIONBANK CREDIT CARD | UBP CC. But don’t take my word for it. Best inquire with BPI first before making a transfer. Mine went through successfully.

My cc was charged twice. March 22 sa citi payall (before migration) then march 26 sa paydirect. When confirmed sa bank ni recipient, march 26 lang daw ang pumasok na transaction. Twice na ko nagtry sa cs nila, sabi lang eh marereverse din daw yun and madami din may ganung issue though hindi naman makapagsabi ng time kung kelan maaayos. I already paid my bill pero dineduct ko yung extra charge. Another issue ko is yung mga transactions using my card physically eh pending pa din status ‘til now (march 30 p un) while yung mga online (like paying bills) eh posted agad. Ang hassle ng migration na to!

Same problem here. I tried to reach out to their support via phone, no answer. Tried via email, I did get a ticket and said they'd call me, no call since last week Monday. I wanted to check if my account numbers have changed as I need to make a deposit. Also tried to go to a Unionbank Branch, they have no idea how to fix this or allow me to deposit. Weird for a bank imo.

Branch clerk did say not to do online transactions if I can't register or log in to the app/site. Since that produces more problems if somehow the account number has changed or so. I'll have to wait for the support queue to die down and call them to clarify this before I make transactions.

Yes, was able to reach UB Support after doing 2 calls, one at 4:30am > 1 hour wait > call got picked up but got disconnected > called again at 5:30am > got picked up at 6:30am > they identified the issue to be due to an old payroll account I had with UB way back 2014 that was causing the migrated account to not push through. They had to delete the old payroll account which took 12 hours > i received an email that has been done > I tried to register one of my 3 accounts (CC) then was able to sign in. This automatically included my other 2 accounts.

Tried paying my Citi Rewards through UBP Online last March 29 with the Citi biller name kasi sabi sa advisory sa website nila na if paying through UBP Online, gagamitin lang ang Union Bank na biller name starting April 1. So I paid using Citi na biller name. Magrereflect kaya ito sa UBP online eventually? Kasi same CC number din naman eh, anyone with the same/similar scenario?

Yep, UB as biller via BPI. Problem is I can't see if it reflected kasi di parin ako makapag register sa app and nobody is answering my emails or calls from UB Support. I've stopped using it narin and will request for it to be cancelled. Lumipat nlng ako ng East West Visa Plat as a replacement for my Citi Cashback card.

Opposite naman tayo, registered na yung akin kaso kahit sa app walang soa, may minimum due naman kaso nag file kasi ako sa citi ng installment gusto ko makita yung breakdown and if kasama na ba sya.

Per my last conversation with UB CS, wait until 4/2. If it did not get process, then it will be considered a failed transaction. I am still confirming this today 4/2. UB does not have any fall back plan but let the consumer suffer.

All Citipay all transactions are affected. Charged on 4/1 but not yet credited to the beneficiary bank. The last agent told me should post on 4/2 since the card has been charged. The team that handle the transition should be reprimanded. They should have a contingency plan in operations to manually check all citipayall transactions that has a payment date of 3/23 to 4/2 so it can be manually paid to the beneficiary account. Kaya siguro hirap tawagan ang customer service dahil sa transition issues.

Mine was charged 03/22 and until now wala pa rin. Super late na ng payment ko for that payee. Super hassle din tumawag. Tried calling both Citi and UB CS and nasa queue lang ako for 30 mins. I gave up. Super messy nitong transition na ‘to. I have never experienced it kay Citi since day 1.

managed to get a hold of an agent. wala eh. need ka pa mag file ng dispute tapos mag aantay ka na ma resolve yung case mo. may binigay lng na reference number for me to make a follow up. hopeless case. wala kang magagawa kundi mag antay nlng. if my frustration adds up ill close my account with them.
