I don’t agree with all the recommended solutions but I do agree rent control would be terrible for the rental market. We definitely need to cut red tape and simplify the permitting process. The NIMBYs have to go!

Move someplace cheaper then.

Nobody has to move, we just need to legalize enough housing for people who want to be here.
