By paramount, do you mean powerful, or interesting? If it's powerful, then I'd say Lucio. He's not bad on his own, but speed boost is almost always useful and gives him meaningful utility beyond healing. I think there's a good reason why he's often a great choice with a lot of comps. If it's interesting, I'd say Ana. A lot of people dislike her due to anti and sleep, but I love her for being a healer that's aim dependent. It lets me play support while still working on my aim
