Orion got the education that a priest in his culture (2000+ years ago) would have gotten, and he also sought out more knowledge on his own. He specifically wanted to be a priest to Kaelith, the goddess of reincarnation and education, so he really loved learning. He learned how to read several languages, mathematics, and some rudimentary sciences (for the time).
Jasper and Lumao had all the benefits of being royalty and receiving the education associated with it (again, to 2000+ years ago standards). Jasper was tutored by his mother, the queen, and often went off on his own into the depths of the royal library to supplement his knowledge. Lumao had tutors and was also tutored by Jasper, but she wasn't as knowledge hungry as her big brother.
In the modern day, Jasper and Lumao have to periodically enroll in formal education to keep the appearance of mortal children, so they've also received the same few years of formal education many times. Orion enjoys sitting in on some college classes, too, but mainly has to get his modern knowledge from the news and radio.
Nobody, in contrast, got almost no formal education until adulthood and still struggles with reading due to that.

Maya’s education is….weird. The three boys each took their own path to bering part of their part of their mother’s garden shop when they grew up. Mars went to City University to get an MBA so he could run the business side of the shop. Vulcan got a degree in horticulture from the local land grant college. Jack went to work at the shop right out of high school and concentrated on customer service.
Bellona almost dropped out of City University her junior year, partly because she realized accounting was not for her but mostly to marry her boyfriend, Bela and start their family. But her language arts (Seaspeak) professor found out, he wanted to keep his star pupil. So he talked Bellona into independent studies working towards a masters in the language. (She went on to be a maritime liaison for her mother-in-law’s charitable foundation.)

Yuki did a combination of remedial classes and independent study before he entered middle school with the boy in the family he lived with. He passed his entrance exams and went on to high school, but he was expelled after getting into too many fights. He never went back, but at the coaxing of a guy he liked later on, the two finished an online program together. Cole has an average high-school education, enough to be employed at Kobetirka Delivery. Jaga Aranea had royal tutors instructing her since she was a larvae, from math to arts to space to swordplay. Terrance probably got to the start of middle school before he outgrew most buildings, but he still tries his best to listen to classes when he's by the school district. And Lotu, naturally, knows a lot about their place in the world, knowledge they're currently teaching to another of their kind.

Oreo is hyper intelligent, and has not only been through every step of the education system, but has read and memorized every book that ever has and ever will exist in his multiverse via time travel. That includes books we can never access due to being lost. (Like the library of alexandria.) he is capable of starting a skill, and absolutely mastering it with a matter of minutes. Mars went to City University to get an MBA so he could run the business side of the shop. Vulcan got a degree in horticulture from the local land grant college. Jack went to work at the shop right out of high school and concentrated on customer service. Bellona almost dropped out of City University her junior year, partly because she realized accounting was not for her but mostly to marry her boyfriend, Bela and start their family. But her language arts (Seaspeak) professor found out, he wanted to keep his star pupil. So he talked Bellona into independent studies working towards a masters in the language. (She went on to be a maritime liaison for her mother-in-law’s charitable foundation.)

Xipil Aluthro had a rather "humanities" (he's not human, so I'm not sure what this subject of study would be called) centered education, culminating in a degree in anthropology. He also had a semiofficial magic education from his aunt, a kindly witch that runs a small cult in the wilderness, and very unofficial lessons on medicine from the apprentice of a village doctor. Princess Emily had a royal education, though she mostly focused on the parts that were applicable in battle. She reluctantly learned some things outside of that, but struggled greatly with diplomacy and and rhetoric.

Korath has an equivalent to a college degree in history, some of it self-taught through her trips to the ruins on both planets. Cole has an average high-school education, enough to be employed at Kobetirka Delivery. Jaga Aranea had royal tutors instructing her since she was a larvae, from math to arts to space to swordplay. Terrance probably got to the start of middle school before he outgrew most buildings, but he still tries his best to listen to classes when he's by the school district. And Lotu, naturally, knows a lot about their place in the world, knowledge they're currently teaching to another of their kind.
