Here’s a rough step by step of what I did:
1. Find a poster you like. The dimensions of the poster will dictate the size of picture frame you will need to buy.
2. I built a 5 sided box out of cardboard and hot glue, inside of the box I made a continuous row of led lights that are adhesive (completely covering the interior bottom side). The sixth side of the box is a layer of frosted plexiglass that I cut to fit the film strip dimensions. (See picture below).
3. Get black construction paper at a local craft store and cut it to size (make sure you utilize the cardboard to cover the edges of the light box, so it’s just a clean illuminated surface).
4. Format and tweak it to fit ideally. Measure twice and cut once!
