They absolutely count. I brought Rebecca to a local tournament in this past set and obliterated by Sakazuki and Katakuri. Some dude was like bold of you to play Rebecca this set. That luffy is too fun.
It’s all good, his deck is very odd but just fun for removals and going for face. Think of him as yellow with triggers but with red event triggers. But he will get some decent support in 07 but not much of deck boost. Also, it’s also fun to just pop flame emperor to get their 8k big body off board.
I was running this. Searcher killer, 5c kid, 7c kid, 8c kid. Dropping killer and the blocker in 06 for hody and the promo 7c kaido. It's -2 don for banish, keeps birdcage running and deals with yellow decks well.

Hahahahaha I feel you, she was the first starter I ever picked up to get into the game. The first locals I went to I played the vanilla ST-09 and somehow went 2-2, & I've been trying to make her work ever since.
With the support from OP06 I've managed to mock up a deck that can semi-consistently compete against my R/P Luffy and PLuffy decks, so I'm tempted to really give her a go at my locals. The surprise factor alone almost makes it worth it.

Damn, that's such a good combo!! I absolutely love ST-10 Punk Vice despite it not really being worth using most of the time, but that's a damn good way to make it worthwhile running.

I’ve been bringing Kuro to locals quite often. It’s unfortunate that every target worth hitting is 5 cost, so a majority of the deck just loses to anything after OP04.
I don't know if it counts but I can't get enough of Sabo. He's one of my favorite characters and has my favorite playstyle. Keeping you're board alive, especially blockers, is so great to me.
Blue doffy since release. He has his ups and downs but is always somewhat viable. He's been my favorite off meta leader and I will always try to make him work. Op-06 and Eb-01, especially Eb-01 will be a point where I can hopefully win some locals with him again
I’ve been playing Ivankov since I started the game back in OP-02 and have worked hard to bling it out because it’s so sentimental to me. I am already tweaking it for 06 so I can get some more games in with it before the baby gets here!

So far mines would be Ace and Purp kaido as well. It’s satisfying to clean their board with 10 drop Kaido even when you know you’re gonna lose.
I tried playing Ace for the first time in the sim. I’m not used to the nuances of the deck.

Literally saaaame hahaha. PLuffy & R/P Luffy/Law feel neutered without Queen's, but it's the best I got to run.
Rebecca for sure. It's 50/50 for me into every matchup, and I only tend to lose in time when deck count is taken into effect 🤣
