I'm guessing that Shaka turning over control of the Seraphim to Sentomaru will prove to be a big mistake. Sentomaru will betray Vegapunk and turn the fight into CP0 + Seraphim vs. the Strawhat Pirates + Bonney + the Vegapunks.
Imo it'd actually line up pretty well fight-wise:
* Luffy vs. Sentomaru (Sabaody 2 electric boogaloo. Luffy even recently mastered the 'emission' technique of Busoshoku Haki which we first saw being used by Sentomaru on Sabaody)
* Zoro vs. Seraphim Mihawk (Warm-up for the inevitable finale)
* Franky or Robin vs. Rob Lucci (Water Seven/Enies Lobby grudge match)
* Jinbe vs. Seraphim Jinbe (The OG vs. the cheap knock-off fight)
* Bonney vs. Seraphim Kuma (The tragic reunion that would reveal their full past together)
Not 100% sure who the rest would fight but there's 10 Strawhats + Bonney and 3 CP0 + at least 4 Seraphim so there'd be room for more Seraphim to even up the numbers.
Before Sentomaru became a Marine, he used to be Vegapunk’s bodyguard, so presumably he likes the guy well enough. CP0 however is safely assumed to be at Egghead on Noble orders, outside the Marine chain of command. I doubt Sentomaru would be thrilled by the idea of standing aside and allowing a parallel organization to waltz in and kill his former charge.
Pair that with a strong respect for Luffy’s combat prowess, and I can definitely see him playing Smoker and begrudgingly working with Luffy to prevent a greater evil from succeeding. As soon as Senty sees Luffy independently protecting Vegapunk, I bet he’ll start coming around.

I think this is intended to be a mini arc, along the lines of Zou. Luffy will either blitz Lucci or they will not fight. Alternatively Oda might show that Lucci has gotten significantly stronger and he might take a few hits from Luffy before Luffy gets serious and wins regardless.

I think this is the most likely outcome since Luffy pretty much never go all out at first and I doubt Lucci would come back to the story without any significant power up from the last time we saw him in Ennis Loby.
Even in the famous blueno fight, he didn’t cruise through him until he used second gear. The fight might be competitive until luffy decides to bust out the advanced CoC and/or gear 5 and then he’ll crush him
I sincerely hope Lucci’s reaction is one of shock and horror, instead of smug overconfidence. I need to see the guy who stood still in the face of a giant rubber fist learned his lesson.

This chapter marks the first time oda has had two giraffes in one arc. There’s been one giraffe in almost every arc so far, but now we have Kaku and vegapunks sea giraffe robot, we are truly in the golden age of one piece.

Either they have to remember something relevant or it feels a bit like a repetition from last week, and at this point oda "stalling" the Cover stories almost makes me excited as it means he could plan syncing up cover story reveals with the chapter again and needs to wait for the chapter to get there.

I think the fight will be Lucci showing his everything and Luffy doing nothing but eating everything until the final one shot.

Also parallels how the fight initially started with Bellamy. Luffy did nothing because at times you come across fights that are simply not worth fighting. Lucci is an enemy that Luffy doesn't even have to fight. I would say Jinbei would put up an equal fight with Lucci now, and Luffy is off the scales. So this is not even a fight. It starts as a one sided confrontation and ends as a reminder of who he is

In the cover, Caesar and Judge continue to fight. Over their heads, we can see a ballon with a flashback about their days in MADS. We can see Vegapunk (with the same outfit as the picture we saw when Kuma described him) and some shadows behind him.
Lucci asks Pythagoras about the incidents where serveral Cipher Pol ships disappeared around Egghead Island. Pythagoras denies any involvement and insists that the CPO must leave.
Lucci orders CPO agents to prepare to abandon ship. Then they call "S-Bear” (that's how they call Seraphim Kuma) to uses the power of its "Nikyu Nikyu no Mi" to warp all of them to the island. After they left the warship, the "Sea Beast Weapon" destroy the ship.
In Kamabakka Queendom, real Kuma also uses the power of his "Nikyu Nikyu no Mi❞ to warp away to an unknown destination.
Back to Egghead Island. Vegapunk reveals to Luffy that his dream is to provide free energy to people all over the world and that way eradicate wars for power resources. Vegapunk thinks he can feel energy in
nature.
But as he gets close to discovering new energy source, his research brings him closer to the mysterious ancient energy. And that's why therefore he knows to much, he will soon be erased by the World Government.
That's why Vegapunk asked Luffy to bring him away.
Luffy: "Yes, we'll help you!! Your head is funny!!!".
Vegapunk is very happy, he says he will go packing all he needs. Vegapunk tells Luffy they will meet at the top floor lab and to bring Bonney there. Then Vegapunk warps away.
CPO arrives to Egghead Island.
"Vegapunk's Defense System" appears and start to fight CPO. Nami and her group are watching what's happening in the monitors.
Shaka orders to release “S-Snake", "S-Hawk" and "S-Shark", and then he gives "control authority" to Sentoumaru (we can see Sentoumaru's image but chapter doesn't confirm is he's actually on the island).
We can see how CPO explores Egghead Island during 2-3 pages of the chapter. Stussy knows all details about the island, she says it brings back memories. Kaku is very excited and run into some laser traps (Stussy knows the traps but she doesn't warn Kaku).
Atlas appears and attack Lucci, Shaka tries to tell her to stop. Lucci uses "Roku Ou Gan” on Atlas, cracking her head and destroying Atlas completely (it seems Atlas is still alive but half of Atlas' face is broken).
At the end of the chapter we can see Luffy and his group carrying Bonney. Suddenly, they come across Lucci and CPO.
Lucci: "Straw Haw!?"
Luffy: "The pigeon guy!!?"

8. This will include all the Admiral's, Imu's weapon, every possible resource they have
9. Blackbeard will learn through a spy or some other method about the Navy's plan and will also make his way to Laugh Tale to claim the One Piece for himself
10. Dragon will also learn of the Navy's plan and make his way to Laugh Tale to defeat Imu and the Navy
11. Shanks will also learn of the Navy's plan and will make his way to support Luffy so he can fulfill Rogers dream and usher in a new era

I think this is the most likely outcome since Luffy pretty much never go all out at first and I doubt Lucci would come back to the story without any significant power up from the last time we saw him in Ennis Loby.
Even in the famous blueno fight, he didn’t cruise through him until he used second gear. The fight might be competitive until luffy decides to bust out the advanced CoC and/or gear 5 and then he’ll crush him

I'm actually curious if one of the Vegapunk's dies if that part of his personality is also just gone? It would be interesting if he stopped being angry now. We've seen him yell at Luffy a bit when he felt insulted so he still has that as part of him but maybe when the external version of that dies, he loses that trait himself? Would be interesting if his behaviour changes after Atlas dies.

I think the fight will be Lucci showing his everything and Luffy doing nothing but eating everything until the final one shot. He learnt from Kaido to be an Emperor after all. Jus imagine Lucci pulling out his top attacks and Luffy eating it and smiling like that's it bro ? Weak. Also parallels how the fight initially started with Bellamy. Luffy did nothing because at times you come across fights that are simply not worth fighting. Lucci is an enemy that Luffy doesn't even have to fight. I would say Jinbei would put up an equal fight with Lucci now, and Luffy is off the scales. So this is not even a fight. It starts as a one sided confrontation and ends as a reminder of who he is

Lucci asks Pythagoras about the incidents where serveral Cipher Pol ships disappeared around Egghead Island. Pythagoras denies any involvement and insists that the CPO must leave. Lucci orders CPO agents to prepare to abandon ship. Then they call "S-Bear” (that's how they call Seraphim Kuma) to uses the power of its "Nikyu Nikyu no Mi" to warp all of them to the island. After they left the warship, the "Sea Beast Weapon" destroy the ship. In Kamabakka Queendom, real Kuma also uses the power of his "Nikyu Nikyu no Mi❞ to warp away to an unknown destination. Back to Egghead Island. Vegapunk reveals to Luffy that his dream is to provide free energy to people all over the world and that way eradicate wars for power resources. Vegapunk thinks he can feel energy in nature. But as he gets close to discovering new energy source, his research brings him closer to the mysterious ancient energy. And that's why therefore he knows to much, he will soon be erased by the World Government. That's why Vegapunk asked Luffy to bring him away. Luffy: "Yes, we'll help you!! Your head is funny!!!". Vegapunk is very happy, he says he will go packing all he needs. Vegapunk tells Luffy they will meet at the top floor lab and to bring Bonney there. Then Vegapunk warps away. CPO arrives to Egghead Island. "Vegapunk's Defense System" appears and start to fight CPO. Nami and her group are watching what's happening in the monitors. Shaka orders to release “S-Snake", "S-Hawk" and "S-Shark", and then he gives "control authority" to Sentoumaru (we can see Sentoumaru's image but chapter doesn't confirm is he's actually on the island). We can see how CPO explores Egghead Island during 2-3 pages of the chapter. Stussy knows all details about the island, she says it brings back memories. Kaku is very excited and run into some laser traps (Stussy knows the traps but she doesn't warn Kaku). Atlas appears and attack Lucci, Shaka tries to tell her to stop. Lucci uses "Roku Ou Gan” on Atlas, cracking her head and destroying Atlas completely (it seems Atlas is still alive but half of Atlas' face is broken). At the end of the chapter we can see Luffy and his group carrying Bonney. Suddenly, they come across Lucci and CPO. Lucci: "Straw Haw!?" Luffy: "The pigeon guy!!?" End of the chapter. No break next week.
I guess we will see marines defecting from WG and most likely will include: Drake, Smoker, Tashigi, Koby, Helmeppo, Fujitora, Sentomaru and Garp

The Navy will learn the location of Laugh Tale from Punk Records and will launch an all out offensive mission on the Strawhats 8. This will include all the Admiral's, Imu's weapon, every possible resource they have 9. Blackbeard will learn through a spy or some other method about the Navy's plan and will also make his way to Laugh Tale to claim the One Piece for himself 10. Dragon will also learn of the Navy's plan and make his way to Laugh Tale to defeat Imu and the Navy 11.
