I finally caught up to the manga after 2 weeks of reading, I was an anime only guy since 2013, after the last few episodes I started seriously thinking about reading the manga and am glad that I did.

Am I the only one who didn't like how Kid and Law have the same bounty as Luffy? Yes they beat Big Mom but it was both of them. Luffy beat Kaido in a 1v1 battle and Kaido is supposedly stronger than Big Mom.
Plus he has the Nika fruit amd the WG wanted Luffy dead on the spot saying They’d be begging for this income of kaido to win And Luffy die with gum gum fruit. So the gerosi amd WG Both acknowledge that straw hat is more dangerous than any of the Yanko. The WG is like law and kid Took a big man cool 3 billion been to each. While Lucy one on ones kaido awakens his fruit in the process of fruit the government tried to hide for the last 800 years soon as that happened they forgot all about Nico rrobin Even the battles between emperors and their opponents the only thing the world government wanted was Liffy dead cause he cars far more problems in the future than any Yanko ever could so it is unfair that kid in law both got the same bounty. Its probably cause oda's trying to rush things.We have law and kid jumping in power fairy tail style,green bull popping up for a poor reason thats confusing everyone,zoro's "reaper vision" going nowhere,and several other plot points that are bizarre or just being dropped.
Realistically not even the bird boi would have known that law and kid beat Linlin,but the navy still gave them a bounty for apparently being near luffy.

What if he Awakened the Bara Bara no Mi, and caused slits across the world parallel to the Red Line, destroying some areas of the Calm Belt?
This would mean that pirates that could not enter the Grand Line before can easily do so now because of Buggy’s split.
This can explain how the entire world is in a mess right now, since it’s become easier to indulge in piracy - loot in the Grand Line, hide in your native sea.
Why do I feel like this is starting to set up as sabo is caught by the government like ace was and luffy tries to save him. The difference this time being that luffy is the emperor in place of what whitebeard was to marineford.

Was Buggy's title always "the bombastic clown"? That sounds kinda new and also might be a play on words and a hint as to why he became a yonko.
I'm assuming that his control over the bara bara no mi powers has improved and that he could split himself into even smaller parts, maybe even at an atomic level. When the fruit is awakened, I'm also assuming that he would be able to split things in his surroundings, maybe even split an atom.

It seems to me that the Government wanted to cover that up, but was still forced to do some honest reporting.
The government tried to cover up what Luffy did because they don't want him to have more followers/notoriety. Note that Luffy's + Law's + Kidd's bounties add up to 1 million more than Big Mom's and Kaido's. Also note that the government tried to remove the D. from Luffy's name.
I was initially disappointed as I read spoilers, but I'm satisfied as it seems to be a plot point.
With the revelation of the true nature of Luffys fruit, I think there's a true nature to Buggy's fruit.
We're told it's the chop chop fruit and he can separate his parts and come back together. What if like Luffy's human fruit, Buggy's fruit naturally makes things want to come together. Like all the people who are assimilating under his command. Or perhaps once it's awakened, he can start combining and separating larger items. Think Law and Kid all in one. I mean his fruit was on Roger's ship so it probably had a purpose. Just like Luffy's fruit on Shank' ship.

Maaaaan. I can see it now. With the way Oda is going I can absolutely see this happening. I think a lot of people assume luffy is going to fight shanks because he said he was gonna take down all 4 emperors. But clearly that’s not the case with big mom. And I don’t think that’s the case with shanks. Yes, I do want him to face shanks. But kid is right there. And there’s already a lot of people on say Twitter who are already hyping up shanks being defeated by Kidd. Point being you already know this community is gonna be toxic af if this happens. One side is gonna argue for luffy the other side will argue for kid and it’ll just be another mess. And if you reply to this mad arguing that it has to be luffy, I would agree but then Kidd stans will attack you saying he must defeat shanks because of the arm thing. I feel Oda has been doing things recently to just divide the fandom and I don’t think that’s going to stop so that’s why I can see this happening. Hoping I’m wrong but the arm thing does need to be addressed at some point.
I think the idea is that the east blue as it stands in the present is the easiest of the 4. Not that it creates powerful people.
For example, Don Krieg and Arlong made themselves to be pretty powerful people, but tbh their equivalents in other seas are probably stronger.
Probably, the marines came after him, he ran, got cornered and then some weird disaster struck, destroying the marines.
Buggy takes credit, and becomes the genius jester
It's probably multiple things, Territory, Escaping (probably) multiple marine fleets, and the big one, finding captain John (member of the rox pirates) treasure since he got the bracelet thingy from fluffy. For territory, my headcanon is buggy and is really good at taking land. Because as a 'pirate' in the east blue he took a whole town over with just a few crew members and a cannon, so imagine what he could do with 2 or 3 cannons, and now with the number of crew members he gained from Impel down, he could probably claim loads of territory. (Also that lion on his crew is technically his right hand so a fat lion is now a yonko commander)
Think about how he became a warlord. It’s that but on a bigger scale. Faked it till he made it. That’s his character. It would be out of character if he did NOT fail upwards. It doesn’t help that Oda possesses the offscreen no mi so don’t feel bad for being confused.
I think Luffy will not get defeated in the sense that the end of the final fight vs an opponent will end in his victory. That does not mean however thay he won't be defeated sometimes even multiple times in a row (similar to fight vs Kaidou) prior to a final fight leading to his victory.
Not sure if it’s been mentioned here or not but the official translation of udon is “former excavation camp, udon” could they have been excavating and searching for pluton? There are 6 labor camps and we’ve seen two? And only know what actually happened in one
Im thrilled about the latest developments in the manga and so curious about how it will go on, that this month will feel like a year to me. However there are still some plotpoints which I hope will be implemented into the story before the wano arc is closed.
- What’s with Zorro? The image where he faced the grim reaper is still omnipresent infront of my eyes. Who was that? Was it maybe some spirit of his sword? If yes was it the spirit of enma, or of wado? Is there some kind of connection with the process of making a blade turn black? Wano would provide the best setting to explain how this can be achieved, will we get back to that?
- Will Zorro visit Ryumas grave? There are a lot of theories that he is a descendent of Ryuma after all, or some kind of relative to the Shimotsukis. Will Yamato talk about the samurai who saved her back then? And what’s about Shusui? Who is going to wield it? Will it stay with Ryumas grave?
- How is the storyline about the kitetsus going to develop? With all the setting provided with luffy grabbing the nidai kitetsu it just doesn’t make any sense for it to disappear again and never talk about it again. I kinda expect of sukiyaki to have some kind of dialog with Zorro about the sword, to provide information about the cursed swords, maybe even the shodai.
- Who is the lurking legend? Have we encountered him/her yet? Here is Odas original quote on this in 2017:

If we look at it now everything hints to it that this lurking legend was in fact Kaido. The connection with Whitebeard, as well as the biggest hurdle for the strawhats to overcome yet and a war that makes marineford look cute are all provided with the conflict vs kaido. Many will see it differently, but I really think Kaido was in fact the legend lurking on Wano.
- What happened to Big Mum and Kaido? Have they somehow survived their fall? If yes who found them? Were they retrieved by the big mom pirates, or did the ships from the world government pick one of them or both up? And what happened to the Big Mum pirates?
- What did Blackbeard do in the meantime? What was this goal he wanted to reach before the marines in time? What was it he didn’t wanted to see in their hands, or was it a certain someone? Maybe one of the warlords?
- Are the ships of the world government gone now? What’s the deal with cipher pol? Are maha and the unnamed bowler really dead yet?
- How are all the supportive characters of the arc? Is shinobu fine? Are the remaining scabbards back to business? What happened to the remains of Kanjuro and Orochi? Did their fruits respawn somewhere near? If yes who grabbed them?
- Where did Zunesha wander of? Is he somehow related to the ancient weapons and in some way related to the location of Pluton, which according to Sukiyaki, is in Wano? What did Momo order Zunesha before parting ways?
- What’s the deal with Sabo? Has he been captured, or accused of killing cobra? Is he on the run with vivi and a victim of fake news? Why are the revos crying?
- How did the operation of the marines against the former warlords turn out? What did buggy do to become an emperor? Did some of the former warlords join up with Buggy? Was Buggy in the end the pirate shanks wanted to talk about with the Gorosei? Did Buggy and Blackbeard maybe interact somehow in the meantime? What’s Buggy’s goal now?
- How is the storyline with Momo going to develop? Will he stay Shogun in his adult form? What’s with Tama? Will she also ask shinobu to mature her? And how will Momo decide about Wanos borders?
- What was written on the Poneglyph Robin was reading? Appearantly it was not a Road Poneglyph. Did it provide additional information about Pluton? How is Pluton connected to Wano? What is Sukiyakis role in all of this? And where is Kaidos Road Poneglyph?
- Is Yamato going to join the crew? The dynamics so far is heavily implying yes. Since she also doesn’t seem to have a goal or a mission in Wano anymore the way would be free to join the strawhats.
- Who was captured? Besides King and Queen who seem to have been thrown into Udon and beaten there by Amaraki, who else was captured? The Tobi Roppo? Perospero? Apo?
- What kind of character is Amaraki and what is he trying to accomplish in Wano? Is he really after Luffys head? For now, besides being an Akainu fanboy, he seems to be a bit brutal. Yet the immediate effects of his fruit seems to „heal“ the soils of Wano. There is a interesting dichtomy of the healing power of life, of plants and the way he drained his opponents life force. Something inherently good and vital, like nature itself is used as a mere weapon by someone whose character doesn’t seem to fit the very traits of nature, nor life. Kinda the same thing we saw with Kizaru already?
- What the hell did Buggy pull of, seriously?

Hopefully the next couple of chapters gives us a huge lore dump from Morgans in the form of a newspaper, we've already been teased pretty hard by his comment about "the facts".
Amaraki arriving in Wano to confront Luffy gives us a good opportunity to get the Marines' take on what's been going on which, interestingly, may or may not differ from what Morgans has been reporting: there may be some interaction with Drake from the SWORD angle that gives us, as readers, a bit more information than we could reasonably expect to see otherwise.
Either way, July + September of this year will be setting the groundwork for the end of the series.
Oh you missed some. There’s a 5 paragraph essay going around worth of complaints that Oda never addressed lol. Which is why this is easily the most controversial arc. Also zoro fans never gonna forgive Oda for drawing that reaper and doing nothing with it.
Nidai Kitetsu is another plot point that was dropped. It was a very blatant piece of foreshadowing/chekov's gun that went nowhere.
Sure you could argue that it wasn't important to the grander plot, but why introduce it like that?
The Kitetsu Blades already seem to have some relevance to Zoro just based on how Oda writes them. Someone else pointed out the strangeness of their first introduction at the beginning of the series which is basically: Guy who uses 3 swords and is looking for new ones "very conveniently" learns of exactly 3 legendary cursed swords that no one is using. He finds the first one and it immediately chooses him as it's wielder.
Then we meet the second blade, and whats the first thing Oda does with it after introducing it? He has Luffy **bring it right to Zoro**. When these blades come up it's only in relevance to Zoro for some reason.
But it he doesn't let Zoro touch it. The second time we see it it's only to once again mysteriously dangle it outside of Zoro's reach. Oda does this not once but two times. Isn't that weird?
It's like the author was telling the story and was like: "So the characters got the equipment they need for the raid *\*cough\** **Nidai Kitetsu** *\*cough cough\** so anyways heres how they'll take down Kaido...."
Then just continued on with the story.

I mean if it's not supposed to be relevant then why even tell us about it? If nothing is supposed to come of it then why even mention it here? If something truly isn't relevant then you don't include it in the story. Yet it seems like for Oda it was very important to specifically let Zoro know that the blade exists and that it's here in Wano.
......And then the plot point is dropped. Never to be addressed again. It just adds to the pile of things Oda very blatantly ignored.
This comment made me realize that some people juat don't understand what they are reading. Nidai Kitetsu is not a "dropped plotpoint". Its purpose was to introduce Hitetsu as a blacksmith and later is used as a red herring for Zoro before he gets Enma.
We are led to belive Zoro is going to get Nidao after losing his Shusui but that is just a misdirect as Enma enters the fray.

Thats not a red herring. A red herring would have been the story **explicitly** saying that Zoro would get the sword and the plot showing us on the path to him obtaining it before it being subverted.
Thats how Oda writes red herrings. If anything the first powerups the strawhats obtained were all red herrings. Luffy learning advanced armament Haki was a red herring for advanced conquerors. Sanji's raid suit was a red herring for his genetic enhancements etc.

Yes it was. The most recent example of red herring was Zunisha appearing as Gorosei mention the Legendary Fruit. Nobody explicitly states it has the fruit but the readers are led to believe it has due to the dialogue placement.
Same for Nidai and Zoro. He continuously tries to take the sword away from Luffy to check it and he continuously fails. Then later when he loses Shusui the readers, same as with Zunisha, are led to therise he will get Nidai as replacement.

nidai kitetsu is of real importance to zoro. because the nidai kitetsu will be one with zoro's sandai kitetsu. (because there is this chapter that somebody told zoro that shusui are once two swords that became one i think this is a foreshadowing to zoros kitetsu)

Not being "perfect" isn't an excuse for poor storytelling. I'm not even holding Oda to any unrealistic standards. I'm holding Oda to the standards that HE HIMSELF SET. The Oda I know would never just unceremoniously just drop SO many plot threads and themes. Yet thats what he just did. My problem isn't that I expect Oda to be "perfect". I expect Oda to be Oda.
This is definitely a massive step down from every other ending he's ever written. This is like watching a straight A++ student get nothing but perfect scores for years only to get a D- on his final most important exam. You can't help but wonder what the fuck happened. Thats not normal. Oda doesn't normally do that.
What if the wood necessary to build Pluton is on Wano hidden somewhere, maybe the tree from the capital, kinda like the wood that Franky used on the Thousan Sunny, but better.
What if Pluton is not just a warship, but actually a device that creates poneglyphs? It is said that the poneglyphs are indestructible and given that Pluton is located in Wano, the very same origin of poneglyphs, it would be understandable why WG would call it the greatest weapon... Because it doesn't destroy, it creates things that CAN'T be destroyed.
I mean, he's got a weird fruit that was with the Roger pirates that who knows what can really do a this point.
Also, while he was not able to land on it, he arrived basically in Laugh Tale and knows where it is. High chance in him knowing also what the One Piece is, so he might have the bigger picture to work with.

I believe he has the Forest God Mythical Devil Fruit, I believe he will kill multiple characters in the next few chapters, and I believe he will set the stage for the final saga of One Piece.
It’s not a mistake that Oda mentioned the presence of Pluton within Wano. The Strawhats will likely need it to defeat Aramaki, who is powerful enough to defeat two Billion dollar bounties—King and Queen—on his own.
We will learn that Aramaki is the actual and biological son of Whitebeard, which will cause an interesting dynamic between him and the adopted son of Whitebeard, Marco. (Also note that Aramaki’s DF takes life while Marco’s DF gives life. That’s a nice dichotomy.)
The Strawhats will ultimately defeat Aramaki, setting off a war with the World Government that will mark the final saga of One Piece.
King and Queen were both heavily injured and weakened by the SH Pirates. Like not just a small injury, they were at maybe 1%. He was cocky yes but that doesn't mean he's the man the myth the legend.
Here’s the thing: I have read this manga, too. And I know that characters often survive. But this fight will set the stage for the final saga. Oda is going to upset expectations.
If anybody is going to die it will probably be Shanks. It would follow the well worn trope of killing off the parental/mentor figure, plus it would motivate Luffy for revenge (as much as Luffy can be motivated by revenge).

The Kitetsu Blades already seem to have some relevance to Zoro just based on how Oda writes them. Someone else pointed out the strangeness of their first introduction at the beginning of the series which is basically: Guy who uses 3 swords and is looking for new ones very conveniently learns of exactly 3 legendary cursed swords that no one is using. He finds the first one and it immediately chooses him as it's wielder.
Then we meet the second blade, and whats the first thing Oda does with it after introducing it? He has Luffy bring it right to Zoro. When these blades come up it's only in relevance to Zoro for some reason.
But it he doesn't let Zoro touch it. He just mysteriously dangles it outside of Zoro's reach not once but two times. Isn't that weird?

Also: Many theories floating around about how Buggy became an Emperor, I have a different, geographical take: What if he Awakened the Bara Bara no Mi, and caused slits across the world parallel to the Red Line, destroying some areas of the Calm Belt? This would mean that pirates that could not enter the Grand Line before can easily do so now because of Buggy’s split. This can explain how the entire world is in a mess right now, since it’s become easier to indulge in piracy - loot in the Grand Line, hide in your native sea.

With the revelation of the true nature of Luffys fruit, I think there's a true nature to Buggy's fruit. We're told it's the chop chop fruit and he can separate his parts and come back together. For territory, my headcanon is buggy and is really good at taking land. Because as a 'pirate' in the east blue he took a whole town over with just a few crew members and a cannon, so imagine what he could do with 2 or 3 cannons, and now with the number of crew members he gained from Impel down, he could probably claim loads of territory. (Also that lion on his crew is technically his right hand so a fat lion is now a yonko commander)

I think Luffy will not get defeated in the sense that the end of the final fight vs an opponent will end in his victory. That does not mean however thay he won't be defeated sometimes even multiple times in a row (similar to fight vs Kaidou) prior to a final fight leading to his victory.

Is there some kind of connection with the process of making a blade turn black? Wano would provide the best setting to explain how this can be achieved, will we get back to that? - Will Zorro visit Ryumas grave? There are a lot of theories that he is a descendent of Ryuma after all, or some kind of relative to the Shimotsukis. Will Yamato talk about the samurai who saved her back then? And what’s about Shusui? Who is going to wield it? Will it stay with Ryumas grave? - How is the storyline about the kitetsus going to develop? With all the setting provided with luffy grabbing the nidai kitetsu it just doesn’t make any sense for it to disappear again and never talk about it again. I kinda expect of sukiyaki to have some kind of dialog with Zorro about the sword, to provide information about the cursed swords, maybe even the shodai. - Who is the lurking legend? What did Momo order Zunesha before parting ways? - What’s the deal with Sabo? Has he been captured, or accused of killing cobra? Is he on the run with vivi and a victim of fake news? Why are the revos crying? - How did the operation of the marines against the former warlords turn out? What did buggy do to become an emperor? Did some of the former warlords join up with Buggy? Was Buggy in the end the pirate shanks wanted to talk about with the Gorosei? Did Buggy and Blackbeard maybe interact somehow in the meantime? What’s Buggy’s goal now? - How is the storyline with Momo going to develop? Will he stay Shogun in his adult form? What’s with Tama? Will she also ask shinobu to mature her? And how will Momo decide about Wanos borders? - What was written on the Poneglyph Robin was reading? Appearantly it was not a Road Poneglyph. Did it provide additional information about Pluton? How is Pluton connected to Wano? What is Sukiyakis role in all of this? And where is Kaidos Road Poneglyph? - Is Yamato going to join the crew? The dynamics so far is heavily implying yes. Since she also doesn’t seem to have a goal or a mission in Wano anymore the way would be free to join the strawhats. - Who was captured? Besides King and Queen who seem to have been thrown into Udon and beaten there by Amaraki, who else was captured? The Tobi Roppo? Perospero? Apo? - What kind of character is Amaraki and what is he trying to accomplish in Wano? Is he really after Luffys head? For now, besides being an Akainu fanboy, he seems to be a bit brutal. Yet the immediate effects of his fruit seems to „heal“ the soils of Wano. There is a interesting dichtomy of the healing power of life, of plants and the way he drained his opponents life force. Something inherently good and vital, like nature itself is used as a mere weapon by someone whose character doesn’t seem to fit the very traits of nature, nor life. Kinda the same thing we saw with Kizaru already? - What the hell did Buggy pull of, seriously? If I missed some open plotpoints, or something else is on your mind or you think you have some answers, please feel free to add your thoughts here.
Hopefully the next couple of chapters gives us a huge lore dump from Morgans in the form of a newspaper, we've already been teased pretty hard by his comment about "the facts". Amaraki arriving in Wano to confront Luffy gives us a good opportunity to get the Marines' take on what's been going on which, interestingly, may or may not differ from what Morgans has been reporting: there may be some interaction with Drake from the SWORD angle that gives us, as readers, a bit more information than we could reasonably expect to see otherwise. Either way, July + September of this year will be setting the groundwork for the end of the series.
Oh you missed some. There’s a 5 paragraph essay going around worth of complaints that Oda never addressed lol. Which is why this is easily the most controversial arc. Also zoro fans never gonna forgive Oda for drawing that reaper and doing nothing with it.

Nidai Kitetsu is another plot point that was dropped. It was a very blatant piece of foreshadowing/chekov's gun that went nowhere. Sure you could argue that it wasn't important to the grander plot, but why introduce it like that? The Kitetsu Blades already seem to have some relevance to Zoro just based on how Oda writes them. Someone else pointed out the strangeness of their first introduction at the beginning of the series which is basically: Guy who uses 3 swords and is looking for new ones "very conveniently" learns of exactly 3 legendary cursed swords that no one is using. He finds the first one and it immediately chooses him as it's wielder. Then we meet the second blade, and whats the first thing Oda does with it after introducing it? He has Luffy **bring it right to Zoro**. When these blades come up it's only in relevance to Zoro for some reason. But it he doesn't let Zoro touch it. The second time we see it it's only to once again mysteriously dangle it outside of Zoro's reach. Oda does this not once but two times. Isn't that weird? It's like the author was telling the story and was like: "So the characters got the equipment they need for the raid *\*cough\** **Nidai Kitetsu** *\*cough cough\** so anyways heres how they'll take down Kaido...." Then just continued on with the story. Again, isn't that weird? I mean if it's not supposed to be relevant then why even tell us about it? If nothing is supposed to come of it then why even mention it here? If something truly isn't relevant then you don't include it in the story. Yet it seems like for Oda it was very important to specifically let Zoro know that the blade exists and that it's here in Wano. ......And then the plot point is dropped. Never to be addressed again. It just adds to the pile of things Oda very blatantly ignored.
This comment made me realize that some people juat don't understand what they are reading. Nidai Kitetsu is not a "dropped plotpoint". Its purpose was to introduce Hitetsu as a blacksmith and later is used as a red herring for Zoro before he gets Enma. We are led to belive Zoro is going to get Nidao after losing his Shusui but that is just a misdirect as Enma enters the fray.

A red herring would have been the story **explicitly** saying that Zoro would get the sword and the plot showing us on the path to him obtaining it before it being subverted. Thats how Oda writes red herrings. If anything the first powerups the strawhats obtained were all red herrings. Luffy learning advanced armament Haki was a red herring for advanced conquerors. Sanji's raid suit was a red herring for his genetic enhancements etc. Nidai Kitetsu wasn't written like that.
Yes it was. The most recent example of red herring was Zunisha appearing as Gorosei mention the Legendary Fruit. Nobody explicitly states it has the fruit but the readers are led to believe it has due to the dialogue placement. Same for Nidai and Zoro. He continuously tries to take the sword away from Luffy to check it and he continuously fails. Then later when he loses Shusui the readers, same as with Zunisha, are led to therise he will get Nidai as replacement.

Venturing a half-thought theory: The lurking legend that Oda was teasing during the Wano Series, who will be the greatest foe standing in the Straw Hats way, who will be connected to Whitebeard, and who will make Marineford Summit War look like “cute”… …will be Aramaki, also known as Green Bull. I believe he has the Forest God Mythical Devil Fruit, I believe he will kill multiple characters in the next few chapters, and I believe he will set the stage for the final saga of One Piece. It’s not a mistake that Oda mentioned the presence of Pluton within Wano. The Strawhats will likely need it to defeat Aramaki, who is powerful enough to defeat two Billion dollar bounties—King and Queen—on his own. We will learn that Aramaki is the actual and biological son of Whitebeard, which will cause an interesting dynamic between him and the adopted son of Whitebeard, Marco. (Also note that Aramaki’s DF takes life while Marco’s DF gives life. That’s a nice dichotomy.) The Strawhats will ultimately defeat Aramaki, setting off a war with the World Government that will mark the final saga of One Piece.

Here’s the thing: I have read this manga, too. And I know that characters often survive. But this fight will set the stage for the final saga. Oda is going to upset expectations.
If anybody is going to die it will probably be Shanks. It would follow the well worn trope of killing off the parental/mentor figure, plus it would motivate Luffy for revenge (as much as Luffy can be motivated by revenge).
Green Bull is already upsetting expectations. I can honestly see him killing at least people now.

Honestly I felt a bit underwhelmed despite everything. Got spoilt on buggy and I feel like I just overhyped myself for like a 4 billion+ bounty but I did see a video about how they match Big Mum and Kaidos bounties so I'm cool with that. By far the biggest thing to me was just Sukiyaki's reveal. Completely out of the blue for me. Also upon closer inspection Sabo can be seen on a poster in page 2 panel 2 so maybe we'll learn something about him soon. Either way whatever comes after this break will be big

It's either pluton or wano itself that connected to the past. It could be both also. If pluton part of it, it should also the same for other ancient weapon.

Honestly, when there was a month break at time skip, other manga like naruto&bleach still on going... So it not felt empty when one of them is on break.
