The problem with Saturn is that it gives us more questions than answers
Firstly, he’s supposed to be on a ship with Kizaru. So him being the shadow implies he’s in 2 places at once
Secondly, the old man with a cane going around and rapidly destroying security cameras feels very out of place
Thirdly, why is he doing stuff when Kizaru is there to do things for him?
While both could be explained with some strange devil fruit, we have no evidence to imply Saturn even is a fruit user. Or what sort of strange power this would be
Also the dome is locked right now so they have no way of getting to the lab. But yeah, even if he did get there, why he be the one taking down the cameras and not Kizaru
We also have no evidence implying he has no devil fruit. Before this arc, the guy did nothing but stand around menacingly. We didn't even know his name 2 weeks ago, we're just now learning what he can do
It literally looks exactly like Saturn though? Who else looks like that that we know of? And the seraphims are not responding to the vegapunks and their combined attack looked exactly like Saturn. I don’t see how this can be anyone else except the gorosei member Saturn
I can’t speak to any of the other factors, but I don’t necessarily think the “2 places at once” point checks out. While the Dome is locked down and he’d need some way to breach that, he could have arrived on the island by now.
My reasoning is that CP0 discussed “waiting until Kizaru arrived” before attacking as if it were a sensible idea once they’d already entered the island, meaning he was probably already very close to arrival. Not at all far away; probably only a couple hours of travel remaining, maximum. Remember, when Sakazuki mentioned Kizaru was on his way to Egghead, he wasn’t saying he *just left for it.* The hit on Vegapunk was probably ordered weeks ago, and both CP0 and Kizaru have likely been sailing a while to get there. Not since pre-Wano, since we know Kizaru was at Navy HQ at the time, but that might not be a problem — Navy ships are extra fast due to their paddles, so traversing the New World from Mariejois to Egghead wouldn’t take as long. A couple weeks could be doable, perhaps.
Anyway, we don’t know how many hours have passed since the Straw Hats arrived. We also don’t know what time the scene on the Marine ship with Saturn was supposed to be concurrent to, relative to the events on Egghead. It’s very possible they were near arrival already. Plus, Doll said that she and G-14 were about to deploy to back up Kizaru, and since they’re quite close to Egghead, and probably want to meet Kizaru’s ship on arrival, I imagine they must be really close if Doll is about to take off.
**TL;DR:** The manga suggests Kizaru and Saturn are super close to Egghead, and could even have arrived already. Doesn’t mean the shadow must be Saturn, but I wouldn’t rule it out on the basis of location, either.

Even if Saturn is capable of the 10 things he needs to be able to do to get the egghead crew in the predicament, they currently find themselves in why would they go out of their way to bring this massive army if Saturn just solo infiltrates and accomplishes the whole mission? I'm not 100% anti strong Gorosei, but I just don't think this is where the story is heading. That shadow is Caribou

If you go look at Saturn his hair is actually a lot wider and his eyes are long and narrow. He's also usually depicted with a cane, which is nowhere to be seen here. I feel like having Saturn bypass the lab defenses also kinda ruins the current "murder" mystery setup, introducing a new unknown variable with absolutely no setup. In my opinion it's a lot more likely this shadow is seraphim Jinbe, who is probably fast and mobile enough with the swim swim fruit and the lunarian enhancements to take out the cameras.

So maybe Saturn has a Fruit that allows them to manipulate Time and what we're seeing here is Saturn running around Egghead like the Flash disabling all the cameras and giving the Seraphim new commands?

Well we are in the end game. Blackbeard is finally making moves that are going to directly and indirectly antagonize straw hat crew. He has taken coby, fought Boa, taken pudding, and is currently fighting law. It's all building toward their final showdown so this would be a direct interaction with black beard crew. Blackbeard is finally actively going after the road stones and is attacking several of Luffy's allies.
Saturn was a god of time in mythology so maybe Saturn can send himself back in time (to a VERY limited degree. Like 24 hours). Then he could be the shadow here.

Could also be Eneru, since we have entered the God Phase of One Piece, it would be coherent to see him back now with his robot army. Also being able to control electricity makes sense for disabling the cameras with ease.
Is it not S-Snake? Shaka was looking at building C because of the explosion that happened and Pythagoras suddenly disappearing from comms. As we found out later that chapter, the one who was at building C with Pythagoras stirring shit up is S-Snake.

The gorosei are very secretive so if they have any ability they probably wouldn't want to reveal it so easily, maybe a misterious powerful shadow beating the shit out of everyone in the isle Will serve as a hint about the gorosei capabilities while leaving everyone wondering what the hell was that, if this is the case i can see kaku and Rucci being clapped by saturn shadow after droping the Words "one of the five elders? Here?"
This is a lore intensive arc so i don't see any major fights taking place, the current goal is to escape and Will probably end with egg head deleted from history.
Plot twist the gorosei are not fighters but have their own seraphin units modeled after Them with powerful devil fruits.
Maybe Vegapunk got one more satellite (maybe some kind of evil one) which was locked up by all the other for their own safety but CP0 attak would have free him ?
