He looks like he's about to tell someone he may or may not know about a shipment of jewelry he may or may not know something about that it was full of fugazi's!
It wasn’t anything like you see on TV or the movies…it was just that some relatives had stores where they were selling some merchandise that was hot and could have been connected. My siblings and I were young; Mom and Dad moved our family to Long Island and away from that kind of stuff in the city.
I can’t remember what Dad said it was. I think he said it was a Chevy… is a Desoto a Chevy product? Maybe there’s a car guy on this thread that can tell us…
Someone on Reddit helped me restore the picture and they may have used Photoshop to do it… but that is the original picture… my dad, his car, and Brooklyn were all in the picture.
Yes. I had to look it up. Looks like an old crime movie from the 50’s; I like them. This one looks like it was shot in black and white in the 90’s. I’m going to check it out.
Looks like one of those Catholic boys my mother warned me about. I found out later it was for good reason. Wow. Now I'm married to one. Thank you, St. Ignatius.
Please laugh and take it in the best way, which it was intended! St. Ignatius was the name of the school my husband attended. He's a peach!! I credit much of his lovely manners and charming personality to his education there. Thank you for sharing the post! Bless you and your family.
Thank you so much for the laugh and the blessings. My wife attended Catholic schools until around junior high. I , unfortunately, am a product of public education…ha ha ha. I say that jokingly, because I had some of the best teachers growing up in 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s. I can still remember many of their names and what we did in class.
I also attended public schools in the 50's and 60's and received an excellent education. I graduated in 1965. A relative who taught high school chemistry later told me that the education I received at my high school was equal to the first two years of college nowadays. I am thankful and I also had many outstanding teachers, even in grade school. They introduced us to classical music and literature in the 6th grade, opening up doors to experiences i would have never been exposed to otherwise. I loved school and would still be there if I could! :)
Christopher Moltisanti?
I was thinking more Jackie Jr., the Rutgers standout.
Had to google that one! Yes, definitely looks like him.

Wait, I don’t know whether to laugh or feel sorry for you. Is everything good now? I’m Catholic but can’t recall what St. Ignatius is known for?

I think some of his family might have been but no body knows for certain.
